The new mini round baler model MB60 is a full roller, fixed chamber
unit designed for bales of 63x57 ø cm.
Stylish and compact, this baler is designed for silage and hay
baling.
Specially shaped aluminium rollers ensure good performance on all

A feeding rotor ensures ideal flow of the crop from the intake to
the baling chamber.
The net wrap system, equipped with a net spreader bar, provides a
quick and solid bale tying.

FB 12/15
The twine tying unit standard on all the models allows adjustment to
the tying turns around the bale and the distance from the bale
edges. The twine storage box is easy to access and well protected.
The net tying unit, safe and reliable, standard on the model R/LR
allows better baler versatility; the advantages are an optimal tying
of the bale, a considerable tying time saving and very easy net
replacement. The preferred tying systems can be quickly selected
from the in cab electronic control box.
The pick-up equipped with two side feeder augers and two adjustable
deflectors assures the correct feeding with any kind of swath.
The standard rake feeder assures well rounded bales allowing an
unbroken flow of crop from the ground to the baler chamber.
The electronic control box, compact and easy to read, allows the
selection and control directly from the tractor seat of all the

Very solid machines, built to meet professional
requirements.
Exclusive "GALSYSTEM" rollers + chain system for full
versatility; these are ideal balers for operation on
different crops: straw, hay and silage and suited to all
working conditions.
Available with standard (150 cm - GA CR32/R) or wide pick-up
(2m - GA CR32L/LR).
The side augers on the 200 cm wide pick-up (GA CR 32L/LR)
are meant to double the quantity of crop on the sides of the
bale.
The "SuperCut" cutting system with 14 knives is available
for the model GA CR32L/LR (SC version)
AUTO-LIFE double twine tying unit with forced injection of
twine into the baler chamber. Automatic net wrap system

The round baler model 3300 is a unit made to contractor
needs. Designed for a bale size of 120x120 cm, it is based
on the typical roller + chain configuration, combining great
versatility in all crops and working conditions together
with excellent bale density and finish.
Designed for obtaining great performance and long life.
The machine is equipped with the self levelling pick-up, an
exclusive patented GALLIGNANI system which gives great
performance on uneven and irregular ground. 2 available
pick-up: XL 220 cm equipped with 5 tine bars side feeding
augers integrated in the pick-up frame and L 200 cm equipped
with 4 tine bars and side feeding augers. Both pick-ups are
mounted on bearings.
Integrated cutting systems: PowerCut: 25 knives with the
exclusive double protection system on each knife; SuperCut:
14 knives with single protection system on each knife.
Electro-hydraulic rotor reversing system controlled from the

The round baler model 355L is a unit made to contractor
needs. Designed for a bale size of 120x155? cm, it is based
on the typical roller + chain configuration, combining great
versatility in all crops and working conditions together
with excellent bale density and finish.
Side pick-up (200 cm) in the standard equipment, with tine
bars mounted on bearings (longer life and easy maintenance)
and highly efficient side feeding augers.
A feeding mechanism ensures ideal crop flow from the intake
to the baling chamber, regardless of the dimensions of the
swath and of the working conditions (up or down hill).
The tying system is based on the well-proven AUTOLIFE
two-twine unit with forced twine injection directly into the
baling chamber and, on the LR versions, on the ROTOMEC net
wrap unit.
The 355 series is also available with the new Twin-Drive "SuperCut"
14- knife cutting system.
The baler is fitted with an additional front roller ensuring
excellent bale rotation with all crops and in all condition.

Round baler with variable chamber producing bales
having the variable diameter (from 60 cm. up to 200
cm.)
The bale core may vary in terms of size and density
to suit all types of crops: larger and less dense
core for hay and smaller high-density core for straw
and silage. The density and the diameter of the bale
are adjusted directly from the tractor seat by a
modern alphanumeric bale monitor.
2 different pick-up: XL 220 cm. equipped with 5 tine
bars side feeding augers integrated in the pick-up
frame and XLAl 220 cm self levelling pickup, an
exclusive patented GALLIGNANI system. The pick-ups
are mounted on bearings. They assure a steady and
even crop feeding from the ground to the baler
chamber.
Two different feeder mechanism: GALLIGNANI patented
double rake feeder or, for high productivity under
all circumstances, a 3-lobe feeder on 14 rows.
Automatic 2 twine tying system and automatic net

The mini wrapper for cylindrical bales model
W55 can wrap bales up to 70x60ø cm.
The wrapping platform is fitted with a set
of belts which ensure the handling of poorly
formed bales.
Both platform rollers are drive by a chain
to ensure constant bale rotation and perfect
wrapping under all conditions.
The operator may select the required number
of film layers and the wrapper stops
automatically at the end of the wrapping
cycle.
Pre-stretch unit with high grip rollers,
suitable for film spools of 250x280ø mm.

Available in the following configurations:
G400P, 3-point mounted and G400S, trailed
with rear loading/unloading fork.
Wrapping table with two steel rollers and a
set of solid belts to allow wrapping of

The loading/unloading fork of the G400-S
series can handle bales up to 1000 kg.

The G600 is characterised by a sturdy frame
and a close - to - ground configuration,
thus allowing the operator to unload bales
without any unloading platform or mat.
The right wheel can move in to positions:
folded for road circulation and unfolded for
maximum stability during field operation.
The loading fork is adjustable to various
bale diameters.
Chain drive to both platform rollers with
automatic tensioners to ensure constant bale
rotation under all circumstances for perfect
wrapping.
A set of solid endless belts is fitted on
the platform rollers to ensure wrapping of
poorly formed or small diameter bales.
Pre-stretch unit with high grip rollers,
suitable for 750 mm and 500 mm film spools.

The G 850 bale wrapper is a simple and
versatile machine which allows an operator
to load, wrap, transport and unload the
bale.
After loading the bale, the work cycle is
automatic, including the film cutand- link
function.
The wrapping operation is carried out by an
arm which rotates around the bale.
The loading arms allow to load any kind of
bale and to unload them without any film
damage; this system can also work on uneven
ground.
The ergonomic control monitor allows the
operator to check and programme all the
functions of the machine. It also shows all
the work data on the wide-screen display.
