Offer Profile
For Gregoire
Besson, respecting earth is a core value.
This is materialised by taking into consideration agronomical, economical
and natural reality.
So, soil preparation, the work that will allow men to produce for others is
coming together with a watchword : Remember that mother nature always give
more than what we will ever return to her.
It is by bearing this idea in mind that Gregoire Besson is always moving
forward with you.

Light mounted reversible plough: RC31
A compact plough
This plough has been developed for working on easily cultivated land
and for 50 to 120 horsepower tractors. It is the entry point of the
plough range and has so called "C-type" security, which being of
compact construction, reduces the distance between the first body
and the coupling of the plow.
|
 |
Light, reversible, mounted ploughs: types R41, R4 and RW4
Performance of simplicity
As in the case of the RC31 plough, this type as well has a 120 x 120
mm frame, and 100 mm diameter of the neck of the front train.
However, the equipment of these three models is different to meet
new requirements thanks to our wide range of securities, and
different bodies.
Designed for tractors from 70 to 150 HP, each of the three models is
designed to meet specific demands.
|
 |
|
|
|
|
Combined, reversible mounted ploughs: the R47 and RW47 types
Wide ranging and performance
These types because of 120 x 120 size of the staff belong to easy
ploughs. The R47/RW47 types have the axle neck of 115 mm diameter
which provides the plough even under hard working conditions.

In furrows moving, reversible, mounted plough for bigger loading
conditions: R71, R7, RW7 types
Ploughs for
intensive usage
To cope with even more difficult soil types the R71, R7 and RW7
ploughs have been developed for tractors with big capacity (90 to
250 horsepower).
The ploughs have axle neck end of 115 mm diameter (these model can
be equipped with RHAS console end) on the barrow and the strengthen
150 x 150 mm staff with the large plough-bottom distance (90, 100
and 110 cm), as well as the staff height is 73, 78 and 83 cm, in
order to be able to perform even under the most extreme working
conditions.
|
 |
Reversible on land mounted ploughs for tractors with big power:
HRP7, HRPW7
Stubble going, mounted ploughs to tractors with big power
These ploughs have been developed for tractors of such big power
(100 to 250 horse power) which are mounted with low pressure, wide
tyres or caterpillars. The goal in both cases is to improve the
power-transmission on the soil, to reduce soil compactness as well
as to moderate the wheel slip in furrows.

Single wheeled
|
| |
|
Semi-mounted, reversible, compact ploughs with single wheel: SP9,
SPW9
One wheeled plough: ease of handling
Single wheel ploughs for 130 - 250 horse power tractors are popular,
because the lifting device of the tractor is less loaded than in the
case of mounted ploughs and in comparison with the barrow system
they are easier of handling.
The cardan joint close fitting plough barrow provides the reversing
angle more than 110 degrees. The reversing is performed by the
lifting system of the control shaft, which provides the reversing
without bumping in this way increasing the safety of the system.
|
 |
Semi-mounted, reversible, single wheeled, stubble going plough:
SPLM9, SPLMW9
Stubble going single-wheel plough
Single wheel ploughs for 130 - 250 horse power tractors are popular,
because the lifting device of the tractor is less loaded than in the
case of mounted ploughs and in comparison with the barrow system
they are easier of handling.
The stubble going type provides the usage of tractors with big power
(100 to 250 horse power), with low pressure and very wide tyres, or
caterpillars.
In both cases the goal is to improve the power transmission on the
soil, reduce the soil compactness, and to moderate the wheel slip in
the furrows.
In addition these ploughs have been designed for being capable to
work in furrows and it cannot be avoided on the soaked soil surface.

Mounted Discopak
A robust tool for demanding applications
The Discopak is the device for quick stubble ploughing with
independent discs. The lack of versatility and penetration problems
in dry conditions are the criticisms that we could make of this
class of tools. To address these recurring problems, Grégoire-Besson
has developed a tool with high penetration capacity in which the
discs of different diameters are mounted in pairs around a bearing.
This type includes tow models.
|
 |

|
|
|
|
Semi-mounted Discopak
Big power device
The Discopak is the device for quick stubble ploughing with
independent discs. The problem of wide-ranging absence and
penetration capacity under dry soil conditions can be mentioned as
the wanting of this category. For the overcoming of this problem the
Grégoire-Besson company has developed such devices which have big
penetrating capacity and discs of different diameter have been
mounted in pairs around the bearing.
|
 |
Discotill
New conception
The conception of the new device is to connect the front disc line
of the tiller (cover crop) (which penetrates in the soil and
produces the ground with the straw mixing) with the independent disc
line (which breaks up and smoothes the soil).
After all the 500 mm diameter plain cylinder (which helps to adjust
the working depth), compacts the mulch.
