  • The headers operate in an open cut mode. Fast and uncompromising. The row independent cutting technology makes it possible to operate in the field from any direction - important when harvesting laid crops.

        The Kemper harvesting headers with the ‘small’ drums have impressively low weight and a short, compact construction. Working width vary from 3 to 9 m.

        The headers of the 300plus series cut quickly and thoroughly at a high speed of rotation. Up to 12 cutting rotors permit use with a very wide range of crops – regardless of the row spacing. Thanks to this row-independent harvesting technology, the field can be worked from any side, which is particularly important for down crop. The even feeding of the harvested crop lengthwise to the chopper unit, and the tidy bundling in the special step feeder drums, permit full utilisation of your harvester. The 300plus series offers highest productivity with maximum chopping quality whatever the width of the chopping drum.

        Transport of the machine:
        The outer cutting rotors of the 360plus are hydraulically foldable to a transport width of 3m. The 375plusand the 390plus
        are foldable to a width of 3.3 m.

        Cutting System:
        Row independent cutting system with high speed cutting rotors and freewheel mechanism. Cuts across the entire cutting width by means of enclosed saw type rotor blades with replaceable segments.

        Technical specifications:
        Reduced axle loads, because of less counter weights. Reduced ground pressure. Good manoeuvrability thanks to short, compact construction.

            The outer cutting rotors of the 345plus, 360plus and 375plus are hydraulically foldable to a transport width of 3 m. The 390plus is foldable to a transport width of 3.3 m. The transport guard of the 345plusand 360plus is fitted with flashing lights and position lights. From the 375plus on the lighting is intregrated in the fold-in wings.

            The low width during transport and the clever folding of the header allow for a perfect view.

              Simply solid

              The proven header for harvesting thin-stemmed crops. The simple, practical design of the rotary intake system, consisting of four intake and two transport drums, ensure that service and maintenance work is kept to a minimum.

              Applications
              Wide range of applications: Maize, sorghum, sunflowers, whole crop silage, oilseed rape, hemp, pampas grass, etc.

              Road transport
              The outer cutting rotors are folded hydraulically to give a transport width of 2.47 m. The transport guard is fitted with flashing lights and position lights.

              460plus – up and away

              The 460plus harvesting header with four big gatherer drums and two intake drums is a sturdily built, no-nonsense machine. With its working width of 6.0 metres it fits perfectly into the KEMPER product range. When harvesting maize over 4.0 metres, the 460plus shows its real ability. The big gatherer drums ensure almost loss free feeding. Plants take a direct path towards the feed rolls of the forage harvester.

              Applications
              When harvesting maize over 4.00 metres, odd row width for example 38 inch (=96 cm), thin stemmed crops and extreme laid crops, the 460plus shows its real ability.

              Road transport
              The machine is folded hydraulically to a transport width of 3 m.

              475plus – even greater reach

              The ideal header for harvesting high-yielding maize.

              With a working width of 7.5m, the 475plus is the largest header in the 400plus series. The two, small outer conveying drums, which reliably transfer the maize inwards towards the large drums, are a special feature.

          • Kemper offers a complete range of tractor mounted choppers with row independent heads. Working withs of 1,25m, 2,25m and 3m
              • C1200

              • The compact , "small" mounted forage harvester with versatile mounting options.
                Even on the smallest model, the crop is fed parallel to the chopping blades. This delivers optimum chopping quality. The C 1200 is remarkably compact in construction. Even 90 h.p. tractors can drive the 2-row model. Optimum cutting height is determined by the tractor hydraulics. The stabiliser wheel at the side protects the harvester from contact with the ground.

                Chopping quality
                The rotating intake guarantees an even feed of the crops in vertical direction towards the chopping unit. An excellent chopping quality is achieved by the high speed chopping wheel.

              • C 2200

              • C 2200 – A compact 3-row chopper with exchangeable headers for mais or grass
                Whether mounted at the front or the rear, the C 2200 3-row model can chop maize. The gauge wheels at the side protect the harvester from contact with the ground. Separate, hydraulic cylinder provides optimal adjustment to the cutting height. The C 2200 consists of the header and the chopping unit with a spout as one compact attachement. A maize harvesting header or a grass pick-up can optionally be mounted. A metal detector is available as an option.

                A lot of technical details offers the possibility to adjust the chopper for different conditions. The result is a chopping quality as good as a self proppeld forage harvester. Maize, grass or whole crop silage chopping is possible due to different optional equipement.
