As electronic devices have more functionality
incorporated into smaller and smaller form factors, printed circuit board
layout is increasing in complexity, and designers have less space to work
with. These challenges result in the need of additional grounding points to
help eliminate noise, reflections, and other associated EMI phenomena that
can compromise device performance.

Battery & Capacitor Technologies
GORE™ Energy Storage Device Components (formerly
EXCELLERATOR®) are high-performance components for high performance
batteries and Electrochemical Double Layer Capacitors (EDLC).
|
|
|
|
Electrodes and Electrode Assemblies
GORE™ carbon-filled
polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) electrodes and electrode assemblies (formerly
EXCELLERATOR®) offer significant advantages for manufacturers of both
batteries and electrochemical double layer capacitors (EDLCs).
|
 |
Gas Diffusion Membranes
GORE™ polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membranes (formerly
EXCELLERATOR®) ensure consistent long battery life through precise,
controlled gas diffusion and reliable electrolyte containment.
|
 |
Separators
GORE™ polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) separators (formerly
EXCELLERATOR®) easily wet with both organic and aqueous electrolytes. Due to
the inert properties of PTFE, they are chemically resistant to most
electrolytes, for durability and long life.

GORE® RideOn® Cable Systems
For years, cyclists of all types have struggled with the
problematic nature of friction within their cable systems, leading to
sluggish, inexact or unpredictable performance. In answer to these
challenges, GORE® RideOn® Bicycle Cable Systems were introduced to cycling
at the 1993 Fat Tire Festival in Colorado, becoming the first high
performance cable systems for cyclists. In 2003, Gore stopped selling cables
commercially, but relentless requests from customers for GORE® RideOn®
Bicycle Cables prompted Gore to look at the popular product line once again.

ELIXIR® Cables
Cables can distort the sound of a guitar by pushing the
mids up and turning the highs down. Featuring a patent-pending design, new
ELIXIR® Cables are the most tonally transparent instrument cables available.
These innovative guitar cables deliver the truest voice of a guitar by
providing lower capacitance, clearer high frequencies and smoother, more
balanced mids.
|
 |
ELIXIR® Strings
Strings are not just strings. They are the connection
between you and your music. When strings go dead, so does the inspiration to
play. After all, who wants to play when strings feel crusty and their sound
is dull and muddy? It's a curse we lived with for years.
