            • The MOTOMAN MS-series robots are especially used in spot welding applications. The MS models have a payload ranging from 80 kg to 120 kg and a working envelope ranging from 1,623 mm to 2,236 mm.

              The 6-axis robots have an advantage over conventional heavy duty robots thanks to their streamlined design and ability to use smaller spot welding guns, and the ability to position the robots closer to the workpiece shortens the welding lines, reduces the cycle times and as a result provides for flexible adjustment of the welding lines. The internally routed cables extend from the L-axis to the robot socket and through the centre of the S-axis.

            • The MOTOMAN MC is specifically designed for high-precision tasks. This robot is especially important for laser applications such as laser cutting, welding or cladding.

              • The MOTOMAN MPP 4-axis high-speed robot with a parallel kinematic system combines the speed of the Delta design with a high payload capacity and a large working envelope.                                           • HSB-Series

                                          • The HSB is a 1-station positioner for workpieces that require rotation about one axis.

                                            The positioner can handle workpieces with a maximum weight of up to 20,000 kg.

                                            Since the supply lines are fed through the centre of the face plates, the fixtures can be adapted to customer requirements (e.g. hydraulics, water, etc.).

                                            The positioner can be fitted with a tailstock, such as with a standalone SPB tailstock, to facilitate welding of longer workpieces.

                                          • The HTC is equipped with a tailstock, which is mounted on a track in a fixed position from the headstock. Several fixture distances are available in this series.

                                          • The T-Positionier is a one station positioner for work pieces that require rotation about one axis. The free standing tailstock can be mounted directly on the floor at an appropriate distance from the headstock H. Head- and tailstock must always be used together.
                                          • SPB-Series

                                          • The H-Positioners are one station positioners for work pieces that requires rotation about one axis. The free standing headstock can be mounted directly on the floor at an appropriate distance from the tailstock T. Head- and tailstock types must always be used together.
                                          • WD-Series

                                          • The WD is a compact 1-station positioner with a horizontal rotary axis controlled by a direct drive.

                                            The positioners feature a maximum payload of 1,500 kg.

                                            The standalone positioner can be used with or without a tailstock (G-series).

                                                This positioner can handle work pieces with a maximum diameter of 1200 mm and weighing up to 1000 kg. The distance between the centre of gravity of the welding structure and the faceplate can be up to 400 mm.

                                                This enables realistic loading with the maximum permitted weight. Due to two infinitely rotating welding mass transformers (2 x 360A), two robots can weld simultaneously in the system.

                                              • The DK-series are 1-station positioners with a rotary and a tilt axis. The rotary axis is endlessly rotating. The tilt axis range is +/- 90°.

                                                The positioner has a maximum payload of 2,500 kg and can handle workpieces with a diameter of up to 1,200 mm.

                                                Two DK-series models are available. The DK-250 and DK-500 models are single-sided positioners. The DK-1000, DK-1500 and DK-2500 positioners have an additional tailstock for the tilt axis.
