All robots are available as G3 Version with full digital communication to our Panasonic power sources YD-350GB2, YD-350GE2, YD-500AF2, YC-300BZ3 and YC-300BP2 or as WG3 Version with TAWERS technology. One advantage of TAWERS systems is the fusion of power source, controller, wire feeder servo motor and robot which share one CPU and are able to communicate very quickly.

PerformArc Automotive
The Panasonic arc welding robot cell PerformArc Automotive is developed especially for automotive industry and its suppliers, and is particularly suitable for the production of repetitive short cycle time products. The cell includes the Panasonic TAWERS - robotic system, for simple user-friendly control. The torsion-free base frame design ensures accurate position location of the robot and work piece manipulation providing the capability to pick up and move the total system without any need of programming correction.
PerformArc H-Frame
The Panasonic arc welding robot cell PerformArc H-frame is developed to meet the requirements of various industry applications. The system design allows for the coverage of a wide range of different sized work components by utilizing twin workstation manipulation. The cell comprises of the latest technically advanced Panasonic robot and welding components seamlessly integrating into a system configuration for simple user-friendly control. The torsion-free base frame design ensures accurate position location of the robot and work piece manipulation providing the capability to pick up and move the total system without any need of programming correction.

The Panasonic arc welding robot cell PerformArc MT (Manual Turntable) is of a modular concept, developed using standard reliable Panasonic components.
 
PerformArc A - PerformArcTT
The Panasonic arc welding robot cell PerformArc TT (Table Table) is of a modular concept, developed using standard reliable Panasonic components. The Panasonic standard cell is also available in the following specifications: PerformArc ET (Electric Turntable) and PerformArc MT (Manual Turntable).
PerformArc B - FW-3PD6L
This robot welding cell produces aluminium components in 2-shift operation for the off-road models of a German manufacturer of sport cars. The whole system is based upon a solid steel frame and an be installed in a very short time. The MIG Force system used here seriously reduces the welding time in contrast to conventional welding equipment and fulfils even the highest demand of the aluminium welding technique. All components are Panasonic products and guarantee a perfect communication between each other by using digital data exchange. Interface problems are therefore non-existent. The installation is highly qualified for welding long, tubular parts like exhaust-gas systems, tube connections and axle casings.
PerformArc B - TTPD2-6L
This PerformArc TTPD2-6L cell is a modular system based on standardized reliable Panasonic components. In the plant of a well-known Tier 1 supplier the system produces several automotive parts in a two-shift operation. A fast change system for jigs and automatic jig recognition allows a fast change of parts and products.

TAWERS
The TAWERS WG3-Series is a complete welding system which is available for the TA- and TB-Series. Due to fusion of controller and power source in one single unit, the unique TAWERS technology makes it possible to communicate with very high speed.
 
TAWERS TA
The TAWERS WG3-Series is a complete package for TA Robots. It contains the TAWERS controller with integrated power unit, the TAWERS wire feeder and the Panasonic teach pendant. It is available for all versions of the TAWERS Robot-Series.
TAWERS TB
The TB-Series was developed for the automotive industry, providing improved accessibility into jig areas. For general industry applications the TB arm configuration gives greater accessibility into complex workpiece components. The TB-Robot benefits from an integrated torch cable, passing through the centre of the upper arm and fixing to the wrist flange. This configuration ensures the torch cable is positioned to a known location. Removing the risk of cable collision conflicts.
TAWERS MAG
The TAWERS-WG3 Arc Welding System with integrated inverter pulse power source is suitable for MAG, MIG and TIG welding applications. Optimum welding processes are achieved by utilising an integrated inverter power source within the robot controller, ensuring complete synergy within the common control system. This ensures that the established benefits and advantages of the existing TAWERS Fusion Technology are also now available for use for the range of MIG, MAG and DC TIG welding process.
TAWERS MAG HEAT
The TAWERS-WG3 Arc Welding System with integrated 350 ampere inverter pulse power source can further increase productivity for a MAG welding robot system. This improvement of the melting rate is achieved by the using the I2R effect. The longer the free wire length, the higher the resistance R. This improves the “Heat Effect”, ensuring that with the same welding current it becomes possible to produce a higher melting rate.
 
TAWERS MIG
The TAWERS-WG3 Arc Welding System with integrated 350 ampere inverter pulse power source is suitable not only for MAG and TIG but can also be used for MIG Welding applications. The YD-350GB2 CO2/MAG inverter welding power source and the YW-35DD1YAD wire feeder with intelligent control box have been developed on Panasonic digital technology. It is 100% digital controlled and offers high quality welding and easy access to the IT world.
YD-350GE2
The YD-350GE2 MIG/MAG inverter pulse welding power source and the wire feeder YW-35DEB1YAD with intelligent remote control unit is based upon the latest generation of Panasonic digital technology. It has 100% digital controlled ensuring high quality welding and easy access to the IT world via PC based interface. It supports following welding methods: CO2/MAG, Pulse MAG, MIG and Pulse MIG.
YD-500AF2
The YD-500AF2 is a MAG / Pulse MAG welding power source for automated welding with Panasonic welding robots. It can be used for welding of mild and stainless steel. Following welding methods are possible: Standard/ Pulse, Hybrid, Hard + Soft Pulse.
YC-300BZ3
The YC-300BZ3 DC inverter TIG welding power source has been developed on Panasonic digital technology. It is 100% digital controlled and offers high quality welding.
YC-300BP2
Panasonic presents the full digital AC/DC-TIG power source YC-300BP2 which was invented for AC, DC and Mix TIG welding. The BP2 can be used until an AC-frequency up to 400 Hz.The BP2 is easy to operate even if several assigned functions are selected and it has a well arranged control panel. Up to 50 different welding conditions can be stored and operated.

TIG Filler System
The Panasonic Rotating TIG filler system was developed for difficult TIG applications, for which a defined rotation of the filler-feeding unit is necessary. With a servomotor connected to the robot controller, the filler-feeding unit can easily be rotated, synchronously to the movement of the robot and other external axes.
Wire Booster
The Wire Booster assists the wire feeding between the pail pack and the wire-feeding unit of a robot welding system or a manual power source. The driving rollers of the Wire Booster are separated from the running motor through a magnetic clutch. The wire is fed by the magnetic clutch, as soon as the main drive of the robot employs force on the wire.
Active Wire Process
Panasonic Active Wire Feed Process (AWP) is newest innovation born from TAWERS "Fusion" technology developed for further improving welding quality and reducing cost at the same time.
Double Wire Feeder
The TAWERS-WG3 Arc Welding System with integrated 350A inverter pulse power source can further increase your productivity at MAG process. TAWERS achieves this increase by the use of the Double Wire Feeder.
