 |
PerformArc B - FW-3PD6L
This robot welding cell produces aluminium
components in 2-shift operation for the off-road models of a German
manufacturer of sport cars. The whole system is based upon a solid steel
frame and an be installed in a very short time. The MIG Force system used
here seriously reduces the welding time in contrast to conventional welding
equipment and fulfils even the highest demand of the aluminium welding
technique. All components are Panasonic products and guarantee a perfect
communication between each other by using digital data exchange. Interface
problems are therefore non-existent. The installation is highly qualified
for welding long, tubular parts like exhaust-gas systems, tube connections
and axle casings.
|
 |
PerformArc B - TTPD2-6L
This PerformArc TTPD2-6L cell is a modular system based
on standardized reliable Panasonic components. In the plant of a well-known
Tier 1 supplier the system produces several automotive parts in a two-shift
operation. A fast change system for jigs and automatic jig recognition
allows a fast change of parts and products.

|
TAWERS
The TAWERS WG3-Series is a complete welding system
which is available for the TA- and TB-Series. Due to fusion of controller
and power source in one single unit, the unique TAWERS technology makes it
possible to communicate with very high speed.
|
|
|
|
TAWERS TA
The TAWERS WG3-Series is a complete package for TA
Robots. It contains the TAWERS controller with integrated power unit, the
TAWERS wire feeder and the Panasonic teach pendant. It is available for all
versions of the TAWERS Robot-Series.
|
 |
TAWERS TB
The TB-Series was developed for the automotive industry,
providing improved accessibility into jig areas. For general industry
applications the TB arm configuration gives greater accessibility into
complex workpiece components. The TB-Robot benefits from an integrated torch
cable, passing through the centre of the upper arm and fixing to the wrist
flange. This configuration ensures the torch cable is positioned to a known
location. Removing the risk of cable collision conflicts.
|
 |
TAWERS MAG
The TAWERS-WG3 Arc Welding System with integrated
inverter pulse power source is suitable for MAG, MIG and TIG welding
applications. Optimum welding processes are achieved by utilising an
integrated inverter power source within the robot controller, ensuring
complete synergy within the common control system. This ensures that the
established benefits and advantages of the existing TAWERS Fusion Technology
are also now available for use for the range of MIG, MAG and DC TIG welding
process.
|
 |
TAWERS MAG HEAT
The TAWERS-WG3 Arc Welding System with integrated 350
ampere inverter pulse power source can further increase productivity for a
MAG welding robot system. This improvement of the melting rate is achieved
by the using the I2R effect. The longer the free wire length, the higher the
resistance R. This improves the “Heat Effect”, ensuring that with the same
welding current it becomes possible to produce a higher melting rate.
|
|
|
|
TAWERS MIG
The TAWERS-WG3 Arc Welding System with integrated 350
ampere inverter pulse power source is suitable not only for MAG and TIG but
can also be used for MIG Welding applications. Optimum welding processes are
achieved by utilising an integrated inverter power source within the robot
controller, ensuring complete synergy within the common control system. This
ensures that the established benefits and advantages of the existing TAWERS
Fusion Technology are also now available for use for the range of MIG, MAG
and DC TIG welding processes.
|
 |
TAWERS TIG
The TAWERS-WG3 Arc Welding System with integrated 350
ampere inverter pulse power source is suitable for MAG, MIG and TIG welding
applications. Optimum welding processes are achieved by utilising an
integrated inverter power source within the robot controller, ensuring
complete synergy within the common control system. This ensures that the
established benefits and advantages of the existing TAWERS Fusion Technology
are also now available for use for the range of MIG, MAG and DC TIG welding
process.
|
 |
TAWERS WGH3
The TAWERS WGH3 Arc Welding System with integrated 450
ampere inverter pulse power source is suitable for both MAG and MIG Welding
applications. Optimum welding processes are achieved by utilising an
