Trimming of Interior and Exterior Parts
We have solved routing tasks together with suppliers like JCI, FAURECIA,
RÜTGERS, etc). Our cells are providing parts within the start-up phase of
project leading over into mass production.
Later car models require a lot of variations lead to smaller volumes requiring
high flexible plants to achieve an acceptable load. Carat solutions include
smart routing tools which empower the entire plant. |

products. The waterjet provides a quick and clear cut with temperatur load to
the products. New material composites in combination with more and more
diffecult shape lead to trim challenges which can’t be resolved by standard die
cut tools.

adjustment of the parameters. Thus products with tolerances can be processed

sensors provinding excatly the information for the robot to do a better job.
The wear of tools can be measured and compensated as well as tolerances of

Image processing systems examine the processed product and forward the
