| FIBROPLAN® NC indexing tables |
| with backlash adjustment worm drive or torque motor
for use in machine tools for universal positioning and round and multi-axis
processes (simultaneous operation). High precision positioning is achieved
through the special design with high precision rigid bearings and the use of
high resolution measuring systems. Hydraulic clamping in position allows
high load forces. Available in various models, option levels and variations
multi-axis versions and combinations with sliding tables versions with
pallet clamps and pallets custom solutions.
| FIBROTAKT® indexing tables |
| have been designed for precision divisions and high
working loads. Interlocking in the FIBRO face gear ensures maximum precision
and rigidity long term. There are different versions and drive types to suit
every application. Whatever the assembly weight, the built-in FIBROTAKT®
indexing table for phased indexing machines combines minimum switching
times with maximum precision and rigidity. It features a non-lifting
indexing table, gear drive and easy access from below.
|
|
| FIBROTAKT Flush-Mount Indexing Tables |
FIBROTAKT® Flush-Mount Tables were developed for use
on rotary transfer machines. The concept derives from the well-tried
FIBROTAKT®-series and is based on the principle of combining indexing and
locking in a non-lifting system of face gear rings.
Besides many other special advantages, FIBROTAKT® Flush-Mount Tables offer
the following benefits:
- housing of uninterrupted round shape, without peripheral protrusions. -
Underslung drive train. Simple mounting into plain round aperture
- great rigidity, by virtue of locking into face gear rings of largest
possible diameter
- high indexing accuracy up to ± 1"
- very fast indexing - even with heavy table loads (also refer to Techn.
Data)
- constant monitoring of actual angular table position via rotary resolver,
no need for zero-datum reference approach
- Version with both horizontal and vertical indexing table
- a thoroughly tried technology ensures highest service reliability.
| Planetary Indexing Systems |
Rotary Indexing Tables with planetary units are the
"Specialists" when it comes to multi-face machining on Rotary Transfer

the machining requirements. FIBRO, with their immense experience in the
entire field of rotary indexing, have the specialists, the equipment, and a
vast range of batch-manufactured indexing elements to meet the most exacting
demands.

| Modular technology
for automation and robotics |
By adopting the
modular approach, i.e. adding together individual modules such as linear and
rotary manipulators, grippers and guide rails with carriages, users can assemble
anything from a simple pick-and-place system to a multi-axis robot. Various
models and sizes of mass-produced module are available, capable of transporting
loads of up to 3.150 kg or more and of traversing at speeds of up to 6.5 m/sec
over distances of up to 30 meters or more.
The different families of modules can be combined, and users are free to mix and
match the various kinds of drive: electric, hydraulic or pneumatic. The
resulting versatility means that each task can be tackled in the most
appropriate way. |
|
|
|
| Gripper modules |
| Clamping elements for holding workpieces or tools
securely during handling movements. Pneumatically, hydraulically and
electrically operated two-digit and three-digit grippers. Productrange
Grippers:
- 2 finger gripper parallel movement (series 52)
- 3 finger gripper parallel movement (series 52)
- 2 finger gripper swivel movement(series 52)
- gripper with DIN/ISO flange (series 53.)
- Mini grippers
- Long stroke gripper
- Swivelling double grippers
- Motorgrip | |
| Pneumatic modules |
Easy-to-install, highly versatile linear or rotary
axes of motion for precise transportation of light loads in automated
environments. Pneumatically-operated drive with change-of-position damping.
- Short-Stroke Units
- Translation Units
- Linear Axis Units
- Rotary Units | |
|
|
| Hydraulic modules |
Easy-to-install, highly versatile linear or rotary
axes of motion for precise transportation of heavy loads in automated
environments. Hydraulically-operated drive with change-of-position damping.
- Short-Stroke Units
- Translation Units
- Rotary Units | |
| Electric motor modules |
| Easy-to-install, highly versatile linear or rotary
axes of motion for precise transportation of heavy loads in automated
environments. The electrical modules are generally driven by servo motors,
by means of which high powers can be achieved with high acceleration and
speed and with optimum positioning accuracy. Hydraulic and pneumatic rotary
distributors are available as accessories.
|
|
| Linear axis´s »MINI« |
| "Mini" linear axes are available with belt or spindle
drives. Carriages are guided by means of rollers on guides mounted in the
base profile. The stable and compact construction enables highly dynamic
movement to be achieved within the load range. Servo motors are generally
used for the drive but other forms of motorisation are possible. Axes can be
supplied with a stroke of up to 6 m.
| Carriage modules |
| Traversing modules consisting of the carriage itself
and the guide rail along which it moves. The carriage is normally fitted
with additional traversing modules and the main drive. The carriage is the
moving part, whereas the guide rail (which may be up to 10 m long, or even
longer) is attached to uprights and firmly anchored to the floor. These
modules are used in combination in transport systems and gantry robots.
|
|
| Gantry robots and systems |
| Gantry robots consist of a combination of carriages
and guide rails governed by spatial coordinates X, Y and Z, giving access to
every point in the working area. The entire assembly is located on uprights
which are firmly fixed to the floor, so all work takes place in the space
immediately above the working area. Working parts such as grippers,
electrode holders or cutting tools etc. are attached to the lower end of the
vertical Z-axis. | |
| Robot cells |
Robot cells for palletising and linking tasks.
Transport load up to 250 kg. Big range of grippers from the FIBRO-modular
programme with more then 400 standard grippers.
- Robot cell for the operation of several machines
- Robot cells for the palletizing of parts
- Robot cells with pallet stepconveyor
|
|
| Transfer modules |
| A combination of several carriages with a common
drive, travelling along a single guide rail. On the carriages are mounted
the traversing modules necessary for gripping or repositioning tools and
workpieces at each machining station. The transfer system transports
workpieces from the pick-up point through each machining station to the
delivery point. | |
| FIBROPAL - Palletizing and automation systems |
| Modular palletizing and automation system for
optimized and flexible factory automation using manufacturing cells and
demand-orientated materials flow system.
