Our Unigate Series of products covers single-chip solutions for integration in your own electronic circuitry, DIN top-hat rail gateways from serial port to the field buses and Industrial Ethernet, besides gateways for linking various field buses and Industrial Ethernet among themselves.

The bus range includes ARCNET, CANopen, DeviceNet, Profibus, Interbus, LonWorks, Modbus-RTU, MPI as well as Powerlink, EthernetIP, Ethercat, Profinet and Modbus TCP/IP.

Cam Controls
The series LOCON and ROTARNOCK have been adapted to the current market requirements by creating new models. We were especially inspired by the implementation of Fieldbus connection combined with modern operating configuration concepts. The today's products are configurable as desired by the customer.
Locon
The classic concept of separate control and actual value acquisition.
The Locon range offers different basic units with the tasks of the central actual value acquisition, communication with the periphery, voltage supply and some other administrative matters. In addition, different expansion modules are available for increase performance.
Rotarnock
The intelligent solution: Cam control and actual value acquisition combined.
The Rotarnock range offers different solutions including rotary encoder, cam control and Profbus-connection in one housing.
The high-end models provides you with free software configuration. The Rotarnock series is already economical by nature:
Wiring effort is reduced since no additional rotary encoder needs to be wired up.
 
TERM
The TERM range offers compact control, display and operation units.
Speedy
Fast switching. To reduce switching delay time SPEEDY makes it possible to overexcite the magnetic field by a short duration over-voltage pulse of 100V, adjustable from 1ms to 10ms and consequently to overcome faster the mechanical inertia. SPEEDY features different switch modes that can be adjusted externally.

 
Fieldbus Gateways
Fieldbuses set the tasks - Deutschmann solves the problems!
With our Gateways your products can be enabled for Fieldbuses in no time. All UNIGATE Gateways (except for UNIGATE RS) can be programmed by the customer through a Script language. By means of the free PC-tool «Protocol Developer» you can generate your Script very quickly.
Unigate IC
Complete Fieldbus- or Ethernet-Gateays in IC-design (DIL32). For a new development the development engineer only has to to take the PINOUT of the UNIGATE IC into consideration or include it into the product in the course of a redesign. Yet the device features an integrated Fieldbus- or Ethernet-interface with only a little development effort involved.
Unigate SC: DIN-rail module
From serial interface to the desired Fieldbus or Ethernet version. Available with the interfaces RS232 and RS485 or RS232 and RS422. The communication between the serial side and the bus is «controlled» via a Script. The Script is generated by means of the free PC-tool Protocol Developer, either by the customer himself or by Deutschmann Automation as service.
Unigate CL: DIN-rail module
In a special compact design. From serial interface to the desired Fieldbus or Ethernet version. The interfaces RS232, RS485 and RS232 are generally on board. The communication between the serial side and the bus is «controlled» via a Script. The Script is generated through the free PC-tool Protocol Developer, either by the customer himself or by Deutschmann Automation as service.

Industrial Ethernet-Gateways

With our Gateways your products are capable for Fieldbuses in no time. All UNIGATE Gateways (except for UNIGATE RS) can be programmed by the customer through a Script language. By means of the free PC-tool «Protocol Developer» you can generate your Script very quickly.
Router
An EPL-Router connects two networks on IP-level. It requires two IEEE802.3 (Ethernet) compliant network accesses. One of it is responsible for the connection to the conventional Ethernet-based IP-network, the other one is the access to the Ethernet Powerlink (EPL-) segment. On the EPL-side the EPL-Router acts like any other EPL-node and has the EPL-specification for a controlled node (CN).

The NAT-Routing can be set through any web browser via an integrated HTML-side. A simple MN function for start-up tests is available on the EPL-side.
