Just as DALEX has a solution for every welding problem, its product portfolio leaves no wish unfulfilled. As a development and systems partner for the industry, we find individual solutions for technical welding applications. As a trade partner, we manufacture welding machines and components for third party production lines.
DALEX thereby creates an all-round pallet of products, which starts with small hand-guns for handwork and workshops via larger series and special machines for industrial production up to the complex robotic gun plant.

“Success in Series” – that means 50 years of experience in the construction and production of standard welding machines for trade and industry. Derived from the successful concept of the rocker-arm welding machine, DALEX offers today a construction kit system to solve the requirements of the metalworking industry.
With an extensive program of accessories, DALEX gives you the possibility to start fast and easily with resistance welding. The construction kit system of the series DALEX PMS finds application as spot, projection or seam welding machine in the field of industrial series production, where use is often made of corresponding welding tools or of feeder facilities.

Special demands demand special solutions. The custom and special welding machines from DALEX are designed to solve nearly any application case.
The machines are based on a modular construction kit principle which is the best way to solve complex welding tasks in a cost-effective, efficient and economical way. Whether shielding gas plant, projection, spot or seam welding plant (e.g. sump covers), DALEX designs the right unit to respond to all types of welding problems.

The result: efficient and highly productive process and welding technology. DALEX takes care of the installation, commissioning, as well as of maintenance and operation services.

With DALEX, you get tailor-made equipment matching exactly your requirements. Whether in bodywork maintenance or for connecting re-inforced steel when building concrete road/rail/footways, hand guns from the series 31 to 33 offer the right solution as a flexible and mobile production unit for almost all spot welding applications.
As so-called “Custom fit Product”, the series DALEX XZ / CZ offers construction kits of 24 basic types which are freely configurable for arm type, drive or transformer type.
The top-technology servotronic® comes into play for desired quality monitoring or for the so-called “exotic” welding tasks of both gun series.
