| Electrical Measuring
Instruments |
| Our electrical
measuring instruments for your projects in the fields of utilities, power
stations, gensets, boats, etc are divided into groups: measuring centres,
measuring transducers, energy meters, analogue, digital and portable meters,
controllers and sensors. Measuring instruments from Iskra MIS can measure
electrical quantities from basic criteria like voltage and current up to more
than 140 electrical parameters. These can be mounted in various ways: on panel
or on rail; the instruments can be portable. Equipped with sensors, they can
also measure non-electrical parameters like temperature. We also produce some
products that are quite unique on the market; such as synchronoscopes, used for
manual or semi-automatic synchronisation. If you want to know more, simply
choose the group of our products you are interested in. |

 |
 |
| Measuring Centres |
| Measuring centres are instruments for measuring and
monitoring quantities in single and three phase electrical systems. Their
operation is based on fast sampling of input voltages and currents in all
measuring phases. They replaces many analogue instruments and measure quantities
like: voltage, current, frequency, power, power factor, energy, phase angle, THD.
They enable you to control and monitor your electrical system. You can use them
almost everywhere, where electrical quantities have to be measured: in panel
boards, in gensets, at remote locations like small power stations and others.
With our software and some data of your own you can calculate your electrical
energy costs. They help you with load sharing, inform you when something happens
with your electrical system through internet or GSM. They can replace few
analogue instruments for low price like MI 7115, or help you to analyse, control
and monitor your energy system like MI 7150. |
|
| Measuring Transducers |
| Measuring transducers are instruments used for conversion
of electrical quantities in single and three phase electrical systems.
Input-output characteristics can be created with five breaking points for
unipolar and bipolar output signals. They can be used in places where you need
analogue output quantities as input into another device. Except for »classical«
analogue outputs, our measuring transducers can also provide you with tariff and
pulse outputs for monitoring different tariffs or as PLC inputs. Together they
can have up to four outputs. Communication, outputs and auxiliary power supply
are electrically insulated from other system. Transducers can be programmed via
serial port. Data used for system analyses can be send to a PC. They can measure
single or multiple electrical parameters. Their input can be AC or DC. Our
transducers are the answer for practically your every need. |
|
| Communication Adapters |
| Communication adapters are used for connecting Iskra MIS
d.d. electrical measuring instruments, with basic communication capabilities,
into network. MI 480 GPRS communication adapter is an independent interface for
collecting and sending measurements from the instruments, to which it is
connected, to the web portal. MI 485 is used for conversion of RS 232 signals
into RS 485 and vice versa. MI 486 and MI 488 are used for connecting
instruments into Ethernet network |

| Synchronization Meters |
| If you are looking for manually or semi-automatically
synchronise generators and bus bars, you have come to the right place. Our
synchronization meters, especially the SQ 0214, are truly unique products. They
measure phase differences between generator and bus bar, voltages and the
frequencies of the two systems. They can replace up to five instruments,
occupying less space and giving you more information, for a lower price.
Furthermore, they are equipped with status output, they are also appropriate for
mounting on ships. They are equipped with LED diodes, so you can actually see
the phase difference. When synchronising conditions are set, the synchronizing
relay is activated. If you are interested in the phase difference between
generator and bus bar, select SQ 0204. If you also want to have information
about voltages and frequencies of the systems, select SQ 0214. |

| Educational Program |
| The main characteristic of the modern teaching is
practical, experimental work of pupils. Portable meters are indispensable for
exercises in physics and practical work. Safety is a very important aspect of
meters but they must also have the attributes of professional equipment. Our
meters meet these requirements. They enable a wide range of measurements of
different electrical quantities and are specially adapted to student work. They
have excellent protection against overloads, are user-friendly reliable and
enable accurate readouts. |
|
 |
 |
 |
| Portable Multimeters |
| Iskra MIS d.d. portable meters are intended, due to
electrical and construction features, for a wide range of users. They are
especially convenient for repair shops, electric, radio and electronic
professionals as well as for the field work. Some multimeters like the MI 7054
and the MI 7056 are provided with a rubber border which increases mechanical
resistance. Ratings are protected against overloads when the meters are
connected to 250 V. In addition to our “classical” multimeters (MI 7054, MI
7056, MI 7065), we also produce the MI 7033 analogue multi-wattmeter, which is
our most flexible portable meter and the MI 7022 digital temperature meter,
appropriate for food temperature measurement according to the HACCP system. |
|
| DC Voltage or Current Meters with Moving Coil |
| Meters with a moving coil are intended for measurement of
direct currents or voltages. A measuring system with a core magnet is not
sensitive to external electromagnetic fields and is resistant to mechanical
impacts and vibrations. The scale is entirely linear and interchangeable. The
accuracy class is 1.5. These meters are the result of a long tradition of
producing analogue instruments in our factory. |
|
| AC Voltage or Current Meters with Moving Coil and
Rectifier |
| Meters with a moving coil and a rectifier are intended for
measurement of AC currents or voltages in the frequency range from 40 Hz to 5000
Hz where low meter consumption is required. The meters measure the mean value of
rectified current or voltage. The scale is expressed in rms values at the sine
form of the measured quantity. Distortion or deviation from the sine form of
more than 1% entails additional errors. The scale is interchangeable. The
accuracy class is 1.5. |
|
 |
 |
 |
| Meters for Voltage or Current with Moving Coil |
| Owing to a special form and available colours, BN and CN
meters are especially convenient for building into different control devices.
The accuracy class is 1.5. The scale is not interchangeable. BN meters are used
for DC currents or voltages, CN for AC currents or voltages. Their front frame
is 86x72 mm for xN 0103, or 115x96 mm for xN 0203. They have a round cutting for
mounting with diameter 65 mm. |

|
|
| Motor Protection Switches MS25 |
| MS25 motor protection switches are three-pole manual
switches. They are mainly used for overload and short-circuit motor protection.
Built-in over-voltage releases are designed and calibrated in such a way that
they enable good motor start-up, and – on the other side - assure a reliable
protection at over-currents that are a results of overload, phase failure or
short-circuit. The switches meet the requirements for disconnectors, and can
also be used as main switches and for emergency stop. The MST25 version, with
bimetal releases only, is available for application at places where
short-circuit protection in circuit is already assured with other elements. |
|
| Motor Protective Circuit Breakers MS32 |
| This is a new generation of motor protection switches with
higher switching capacity and up-to-date supplements. Fifteen adjustable ranges
cover current area from 0.1 to 32 A. Due to high switching capacity, the
additional protection from short circuits is required rarely. Two keys are used
as switching elements since this way is irreplaceable for a wider circle of
users. Also at these switches a special version without short-circuit releases,
i.e. MSB32 is available for current ranges from 0.25 to 32 A. Supplements can be
fixed on the switch easily, without the need of any intervention, and without
any danger of affecting any important switch function. |
|
 |
 |
 |
| Miniature Circuit Breakers RI60 |
- Auxiliary changover contact (PKJ)
- Signal changeover contact (SKJ)– for signalling the switched--off
position of circuit breaker caused only following trips:
elektromagnetic,thermal,shunt trip coil.In a case of manually switching-off
the circuit breaker the state of signal contact will remain unchanged.
- mounted on the left hand side of circuit breaker
|
|
| Residual Current Circuit Breakers FI, NFI |
| The switches on differential current are used for assuring
protection from electric shock. They enable protective measures for the
protection at direct contact and additional protection at indirect contact by
correct choice and application as well as considering corresponding standards
for electric installation. Our programme includes two-pole switches with nominal
currents from 16 to 80 A and nominal differential currents and with nominal
differential currents 10, 30, 100, 300 and 500 mA as well as four-pole switches
with nominal currents from 25 to 80 A and nominal differential currents 30, 100,
300 and 500 mA. All switches are available in AC version (sensitive only to ac
differential currents) and A version (sensitive also to pulsating dc currents).
We have been granted permission for using VDE-sign, which also prove that our
switches are reliable and their quality is high, and that regular periodical
testing is performed. |
|
| Air Circuit Breakers LH/HN |
Circuit breakers are switches with large switching
capacity. They are capable of making, for a certain time conducting, and
breaking currents also in abnormal operating conditions, e.g. short-circuit.
They are used as a main, protective and disconnecting switching element of a
certain installation or tapping. Built-in overloaded and short-circuit releases
assure over-voltage protection of motors, generators, transformers, capacitors,
cables and conductors. Several supplements meet various customers' demands.
Our programme includes circuit breakers in three- or four-pole version with
electromechanical over-voltage releases (from 250 to 3150 A) and, alternatively,
also with electronic releases (from 800 to 4000 A). |

| Electric Motors
Control and Diagnostics |
Electric motors
damages, failures and outages cost companies a lot of money. To prevent them,
electric motors and devices based on them, has to be supervised and controlled,
especially at start-up and stop. Our products for electric motors do exactly
that. They control and diagnose electric motors and can be divided into two
lines:
- MCM for motor condition monitor
- Soft starters MSC and MDS for motor start-up, stop and much more |
|
 |
 |
|
| Motor Diagnostics |
| MCM for motor condition monitor gives an early warning of
developing faults in pumps, compressors, fans and similar electric motor based
machinery, thus eliminating the need for unplanned repair and maintenance. It is
a software and hardware product operating on unique model-based monitoring
technology. MCMSCADA is the software package for viewing and displaying data
from one or more MCM units. Together they are a powerful tool for continuous
monitoring and maintenance scheduling. |
|
| Motor Startup |
| Iskra MIS softstarters have many benefits for users. They
reduce high starting currents, eliminate inrush currents , enable smooth,
stepless acceleration to full speed thus removing mechanical stress, extend
contactor life, reduce wear on mechanical transmission components, optimise
energy, improve power factor at light loads, offer soft stopping, remove high
transient currents. We have two lines of digital softstarters: MSC with
automatic application set up, button keypad, LCD, Modbus communication,
different outputs and inputs and MDS which replaces star/delta startres and fits
in a similar footprint as star/delta. |
