SMART SiX
SMART SiX robots, the smallest within the Comau range, boast an exceptionally compact design particularly suitable to all those operations that require fast movement and a high degree of repeatability.

The SMART SiX range also features a model exclusively dedicated to arc welding: the SMART SiX ARC designed to optimize movement specifically for arc welding. This model also features an integrated fitting solution which involves the passage of the cables through the robot base.

SMART NJ 130
The 2 smallest models of the new Smart NJ family are dedicated to medium up to high payload applications, thus maintaining unchanged the characteristics of the NJ family (the parallelogram structure, much more thinner than the NH family one).

The Smart PressBooster models, with their exceptional range of action and high acceleration performance, are designed for loading and unloading operations and are able to handle both small items and components of large dimensions.
These robots are ideal for all flexible automation solutions to handle parts between presses replacing hard-automation solutions.
Smart PressBooster are available in model for floor or shelf installation, with maximum arm reach 3526 mm a wrist torque up to 12,50 nm and a payload up to 100 kg.

Control Unit & TP
C4G Control Unit
C4G is Comau Robotics forth generation Control Unit, 50 times faster than its previous version.
With its high calculating power, C4G represents a major breakthrough on the market standards.

Its electronics is based on two processors of the latest generation, the first of which optimize the path-following, while the second one controls peripherals, application software and user interface, in order to insure highest performance levels to both areas.

The software architecture has been designed to allow the integration of C4G in the corporate communication network: remote acces and remote technical assistance are possible through internet, e-mail or SMS messages.

Integration and implementation of the Robotized Solutions
Comau Robotics offers a complete range of equipment and positioners for welding, servo-controlled slides, tool change systems, etc., for integration and implementation of the SMART Robotized Solutions.

These products have been designed by aiming at optimum integration and synergy with the robot, in order to optimize the application management and the cell efficiency.
Smart MP
Last generation of positioner modules dedicated to all high productivity robotized solutions, used to rotate a part being machined in order to obtain a simpler and faster production cycle.

They are the basic modules to rotate the parts in the COMAU PTDV, PTDO and PTDORB positioners. In automated system applications, the SMART MP positioner modules are managed as auxiliary robot axes. The reduction units used on the positioner are of the no-clearance type and best efficiency is guaranteed by the oil lubrication.
