JOLLY PLUS
CARTESIAN MANIPULATORS - IMM 40/600 |
| Specially designed to meet the demands of the
injection moulding sector, this economical series of manipulators still
retains its high degree of versatility, able to perform operations from the
simplest pick and place routines to the most articulated operations. | |
SPIDER
ROBOT CARTESIANI - IMM 40/1000 |
| Realised through mechanics COtype, (extraction X axis
fixed on the Z axis trolley), and MC (extraction X axis mobile on the Z axis
trolley) these robots aredevoted to the handling of pieces produced by small
and medium tonnage moulding machines (from 40 up to 1000 tons) with payload
from 5 up 30 kgs. The brushless synchronous motors are managed by driving
gears located on a control cabinet mounted on board the robot. The
programming can also be performed through a comfortable and portable remote
controller with colors high-resolution TFT display. For these models are
also provided different Y axis configuration (indicated among optionals with
L, S, H, M letters) which permit performances (speed and acceleration) and
payload improvements. | |

SPEEDY PLUS
CARTESIAN ROBOTS - IMM 800/5000 |
| Realised through mechanics MC-type, extraction X axis
moving on the axis trolley, these robots are devoted to the handling of
pieces produced by big tonnage injection moulding machines (from 800 up to
5000 tons). They are available in 4 sizes with loading from 25 up to 80 kgs
and particularly suitable for the extractions of heavy and bulky pieces. The
brushless synchronous motors are managed by driving gears located on
self-standing control cabinet, equipped with display and keyboard; the
programming can also be performed through a comfortable and portable remote
controller. | |
SPEEDY HS-HSL
ROBOT CARTESIANI - IMM 100/500 |
| Realised through mechanics of type CO (extraction X
axis fixed on the Z axis trolley), they are available in 2 different sizes
with loading up to 2.5 kgs. With particularly highperformances motorizations
and a powered CNC, these robots are ideal for particularly fast moulding
cycles (4-5”) or for IML applications. The brushless synchronous motors are
managed by driving gears located on self-standing control cabinet, equipped
with display and keyboard; the programming can also be performed through a
comfortable and portable remote controller. HSL models replace the brushless
motors of the Z and X axis with Linear motors without any wearing out. | |

SPEEDY SM-HS
ROBOT CARTESIANI - IMM 100/500 |
| Realised through mechanics devoted to side entry, on
the opposite operator side of the injection moulding machine (from 100 up to
600 tons), these robots have three Cartesian axis freely programmable. These
axis, in combination with the wrist rotation (dedicated to tipping over the
piece from the mould picking vertical position to the storing horizontal
position) enable the collection of the pieces both on the fixed plan and the
moving one. They guarantee the management of a wide working area outside the
machine for the neat storing, the palletizing, the inserts collection and
other operations. The robots structure has been planned both for traditional
fixing on the machine fixed platen and for independent structure fixed on
the ground. Available in two sizes with loading up to 2 kgs, they are ideal
for: working cycle that are particularly fast (2,5-3”), for IML
applications, wherever limitations of height above the press exist
preventing the use of traditional robots. The brushless synchronous motors
are managed by driving gears located on the self-standing control cabinet,
equipped with display and keyboard; the programming can also be performed
through a comfortable and portable remote controllere. | |
