| Skilled 504 - Palletizing robots |
| The SKILLED 504 is an electromechanical robot with
articulated cinematic structure type SCARA with 4 interpolated axes, and a
working area of 360°. Software and controls:
The control software can be installed on any PC supplied under a Windows
operating system.

Thanks to its great flexibility the SKILLED ROBOT 504 has been adapted to solve
a wide range of problems linked to the end - of - the line handling of any
kind of different products like cardboard boxes, bundles, skinkwrapped trays,

| Skilled Lgv - Laser guided vehicles |
| The SKILLED Laser Guided Vehicle is a system that
associated to the automatic palletizing system SKILLED ROBOT, allows the full
automation of the "end-Line" packaging. The consequent improving of the
performances in the production management is immediately converted in
money-saving for the customer company of Euroimpianti. Laser Navigation
System:
The laser navigation system (LNS) is similar to an "eye" with the capability to
"see" reflectors positioned on the walls of the production building. Through the
triangulation of the signals reflected, the LGV control learns in real time the
exact position of the vehicle within the building, carrying out the appropriate
operations necessary to move the selected area.
Advantages:
- no floor-works required (cutting, application of magnetic tape, painting of
"driving stripes", etc.);
- reflectors positioned on the walls do not wear out and do not need any
maintenance;
- change of path of the vehicles is extremely easy and carried out via CAD
system.
- front and back anti-collision sensors PLS (Proximity Laser Scanners) and with
additional side bumpers. |

| Skilled 101 - Palletizing robots |
Thirty years of experience in the end-of-line automation
has led Euroimpianti to create the SKILLED ant 101. This simple entry level
palletizing robot do not require any installation, has got a modular
construction and can be adapted to any pre-existing product conveyor and
packaging line.
Its high productivity and its very reasonable price are two further reasons for
choosing the SKILLED ant 101.Models:
Depending on the requirements, the SKILLED ant 101 can be supplied in different
configurations:
- single pallet station
- double pallet station
- double barrier to allow vehicle access without stopping the robot
- automatic pallet magazine
- slip sheet magazine
- conveyor for full pallets.
