UNILINE
Uniline compact ready-to-install linear axes

Uniline is the product family of ready-to-install linear
axes. They consist of internal Compact Rail roller sliders and
steel-reinforced toothed belts in a rigid aluminium profile. This
arrangement provides the best protection for the axis from soiling and
damage. The guide rails can be arranged in different combinations, depending
on the application. The use of one or several sliders and the assembly of
several rails provides greater variation.
Characteristics
Uniline is a ready-to-install linear axis. It is based on the roller slider
system of the Compact Rail series in an aluminium profile. It is driven by a
steel-reinforced polyurethane toothed belt. The longitudinal seals and
brushes at the inlet and outlet of the toothed belt completely enclose
Uniline.

MONO RAIL
Profile rails for high precision and load ratings

Mono Rail is the product family of profile rails for
maximum precision at high loads. Different slider lengths and versions with
and without flange make the Mono Rail profile rails suitable for any
application. Large steel balls allow high absorption of load. The X
arrangement of the balls makes for identical load capacity in all main
directions. The 2-point contact of the raceways requires only low
displacement forces. Four ball rows run in the sliders. The slider has
self-lubrication, the raceways of slider and rail are hardened and ground.
Characteristics
- Mono Rail are profile rails for high precision at high loads.
- Sizes from 15 to 55 mm
- Slider available as standard and flat design with and without flange
- Various precision and pre-stress classes
- Closed rail top with fixing holes from below available
- Extensive range of accessories, for example metal deflectors or
cover strip

MINIATURE MONO RAIL
Miniature Mono Rail profile rails
Miniature Mono Rail profile rails are profile rails with
two-row recirculating balls. The running grooves of the profile rails are
ground in gothic arch profile and have a contact angle of 45°, which
guarantees the same load capacity in all main directions. The use of large
steel balls enables high load and moment capacities of the profile rails
despite limited space.
Profile rail designs
The Miniature Mono Rail profile rails are available in a standard and a
wide design. The advantage of the standard design of the profile rails is
its compact technology and high performance. In contrast, the wide design of
the profile rails allows higher forces and torques to be absorbed in the
compact design.
The wide design of the Miniature Mono Rail profile rails is suitable in
particular for single-rail applications.
Characteristics
- Miniature design with 7, 9, 12 and 15 mm in width and particularly
low-noise ball redirection
- Particularly quiet running due to the unique ball redirection
Integrated ball redirection for improved running characteristics and
increased speeds
- Corrosion-resistant
- The Miniature Mono Rail profile rails have stable and uniform
displacement resistance and require a low breakaway force
- The Miniature Mono Rails profile rails are equipped with efficient
end seals on both sides of the slider
- High system rigidity
Preferred areas of application
- Automotive (including Easy Rail, Telescopic Rail, Light Rail)

Telescopic Rail product line feature high load at minimum deflection and
play-free, smooth running even at maximum load. The fixing holes are drilled
with standardised gauge.
Characteristics

A Medevac unit for safely transporting patients in
armoured container vehicles. The close-up shows a horizontal telescopic arm
in the upper stretcher. An ASN partial extraction can be seen in the front
left. This does not sag even under maximum permanent load. The up and down
movement of the stretcher takes place when the telescopic arms are extended
– guided by Compact Rails.

Speed, precision and noiseless operation of the sliders
are convincing arguments for using Compact Rail in this automatic pharmacy
shelf system. Also the telescopic roller track is ideal for this type of
application.

Heavy duty telescopic rails of type DMS63 assist film
roll changing. The reeling unit in a laminating system is pulled out for
this purpose – in this case in a furniture industry application. This is
ergonomic and safe. The telescopic rails must be able to resist the heavy
weight of the rolls.
