every year in robotic programming, arc welding, spot welding, etc. We have

resolvers, harmonic gears, bearings, castings, wrists and cables with same day

Simulations
Using IGRIP simulation software and I-DEAS design
software we can model tooling and virtual applications such as resistance
welding, arc welding, material handling, press tending, gluing, riveting and
palletizing. The simulation will give actual cycle time, optimum process
efficiency, programmed robots and a better understanding of your process
before any capital is invested.
Our designs have helped build lines for tier one automotive companies,
suppliers of General Motors, Ford, Mercedes. |

Board Repairs
If you require repairs to your teach pendants, boards,
motors, or tachogenerators on selected robots and do not have a spare, we
will send you a good one and take the one that needs to be fixed. You will
only be charged for the difference and you will have less down time.
New Age also has spare parts, motors, tachogenerators, resolvers, harmonic
gears, bearings, castings and wrists.

Trainings
New Age Robotics has four to five robots available for
training at all times. We are set up to MIG weld, arc weld, steel, and
stainless steel.
Robots are available for training at all times. Hundreds are trained at our
facility every year.
