Turn-key Assembly Systems

Customised assembly systems for the automatic and manual production of components

Integrated Solutions - High Quality and Durability
For more than 25 years, Lanco has been specialising in the design and production of turnkey automation systems for customers in a wide range of industries.

Lanco's Advantages
- highly-advanced expand product quality and durability
- customised solutions for any assembly challenge
- modular principle allows to expand the assembly lines anytime afterwards
- all-inclusive after sales service

Types of Assembly Lines
Lanco offers two types of assembly systems: transfer based and rotary indexing tables. If necessary, they may be combined.

Though both are capable of dealing with any assembly challenge, there are situations where one or the other is recommended.

Transfer based Systems

Principle
Assembly systems based on our HFL 2002 transfer system

Recommended for the following applications:
- Wherever manual and automatic processes have to be integrated within one single assembly system.
- Wherever different process times have to coexist within one system.
- In case the assembly line needs a flexible and modular concept, e.g. for ulterior enlargements of the system.
- When the space required for feeding and discharging the parts of the essence.

Rotary Indexing Tables

Principle
Assembly systems with one work cell

Recommended for the following applications:
- For smaller parts with high tolerance expectancies and high cycle times.
- Whenever 12 processes or less have to be realised and the accessability is to be granted.
- For fully automatic assemblies with only one or without any manual workstation.

Transfer System HFL 2002

A pallet-based transfer system for the rational set up of modular assembly and test systems.

Application
For any kind of production strategy, the HFL2002 is the ideal solution to rationalize manual, semiautomatic and fully automatic production machines.

Your advantages
- Flexibility: Transport pallets with variing dimensions can be applied.
- Modularity: The system can be extended at any time afterwards.
- Save up to 50% of your costs: thanks to the castor-based dual-belt system, abrasion is reduced and engery costs can be reduced by up to 50%. Furthermore, our in-house developed drive to drop the energy costs by another 20%.
- Quick processes: Cycle times of less than 1.5s (depending on the technology) can be realised; what's more, the conveyor belts can be replaced very quickly.

Handling

Lanco's assortment of handling systems.
Lanco has a full line of high quality Handling Systems including Rotary Actuators, Linear Modules and Grippers.

Advantages of the Lanco handling systems:

- The System’s integral air cylinder and slide system provide high accuracy and long life.
- Can be combined with other Lanco Standard Products thanks to the modular principle of our system.

Assembly Bench

Lanco's Original Product.
Lanco Assembly Bench is a single lean work cell that maximizes operator efficiency by eliminating non-value added repetitive motions. The operator's hands remain free for a manual assembly step, which is repeated for each puck in the serpentine system.

Specifics:
Simple, cost-effective solution requiring no training, no logic control & minimal maintenance
Available with 50 or 100 pucks
With accessories, multiple units can be combined to form larger batch processing lines

 Type 50.60.73 (50 Pucks)
Type 100.27.40 (100 Pucks)
