Accessories

IR camera enclosures
AT-Automation Technology offers a range of housings for an IR camera for protection of enviroment influences. Protective windows made of germanium enable you to record with a high quality at customized requirements or an extreme enviroment.
Agema900Kit
The AGEMA900 kit replaces the obsolete OS9 controller and makes it possible to use the camera under the latest Windows operating systems (e.g. Windows XP). Together with the ThermaCam Researcher Pro (FLIR Systems) software package, camera images are captured and processed in real time. Obviously, the upgrade kit is also compatible with the software and hardware of other FLIR Systems cameras.
IRFlashLink
Camera compaltibility:
- FLIR ThermoVision
- FLIR ThermaCam PM
- FLIR ThermaCam SC (normal
and high-speed mode with ThermaCam SC3000)

Non-destructive testing

IrNdt - Basic package
IrNDT is a solution for contactless and non-destructive testing (ndt) of several materials. This system is made up of software and hardware and can be used in all procedures of active thermography (Lock-in, Pulse and Transient, as well as TSA) of this sector. The usage of all known emitters is possible and can be arranged easily. The display of temperatures and their variation in time for any numbers of AOIs (Areas Of Interest) offers you very flexible opportunities of usage for non-destructive materials testing.
Module LockIn
Applications for non-destructive testing with active thermography are based on several methods. The principle of lock-in thermography is based on creating a thermal wave on the surface of the object being examined by periodic energy input.
Module Pulse
Our non-destructive testing solution possesses several methods based on active thermography. One option is pulse thermography. This mode analyses components by means of material behaviour with thermal exposure.
Module TSA
If you exercise mechanical sresses on components it will effect different changes of temperature. In the one hand you will recognise a thermal change by mechanical hysteresis and on the other hand a will create a thermal change by the thermoelastic effect.

Image database
AT offers for IrNDT a special Image Database option for the easy management of measurement results, inspection parameters, the generation of reports (in Word, PowerPoint, PDF), among many other features.
Excitation sources
- Halogen lamps
- Flash generator
- Laser
- Ultrasonic
- Eddy current
IRX-Box
The IRX-Box manages input and output signals for controlling excitation sources of infrared radiation which are used for active thermographie and thermal stress analysis. It is supported by the software package IrNDT and that's why the IRX-Box is a perfect interface for modulating the specific components of a complete system of IrNDT.

IR safety systems

IrMonitor - Basic package
IRMonitor is a universal software package for thermal monitoring that enables the use of several cameras and pan-&-tilt systems in one system, analysing the thermal images that are recorded. This means there is a variety of evaluation methods that can be adapted exactly in line with the particular application in hand.
IrMonitor - MTU package
The IrMonitor RPU (Remote Processing Unit) enables you to monitor large-area plants with infrared cameras. The package consists of an infrared camera, a protective housing (IP 66) and a fenless embedded pc without harddisk in a control cabinet. The cabinet includes preinstalled interfaces and input/output ports for a fast and easy setup.
IrMonitor - CTU package
IrMonitor-CTU packages (Camera Terminal Units) enable you to install infrared cameras in industrial plants in a fast and easy way. A camera unit consists of a robust control enclosure with an integrated pan tilt controller, interface converter, and power supply as well as camera interfaces and relays. The components are designed for usage in extreme environments.

IR image processing

IrControl software package
IRControl is the first all-in-one software package for infrared image processing in real time. It provides the basis for measurement, evaluation and control tasks in industrial automation, R&D and other challenging applications. Even complex tasks in industry can be realised in a short time without major programming work.
IrControl - DomeControl
DomeControl is an extension for the software package IrControl. It allows the control of pan-tilt units, expanding the field of view of the camera and enabling large-area scans for fast thermography measurements.
IrControl - OPC Server
The OPC server has an interface according to the new industrial standard OLE for Process Control. Through this standard interface the server provides the I/O data to OPC-Clients, enabling them to contact external equipment without complex programming.
