Offer Profile
We have the industry's
broadest line of digital high-speed cameras with applications ranging from
automotive crash test to TV documentary production. And, we sell a complete
line of accessories and options to compliment a camera. We rent cameras into
industrial applications in North America, too.
High speed photography is an engineering tool, much as is an oscilloscope or
a computer. It is a photographic technique that enables us to visualize and
analyze motion. Especially motions that are too fast for the human eye or
conventional cameras to perceive.

v-Series External Mechanical Shutter
One of the most popular features on our newest Phantom
Cameras is an internal mechanical shutter. It is used to automatically shade
the sensor during a Current Session Reference (CSR). This allows the camera
operator to do a CSR without manually capping the lens. Because of the
overwhelming popularity of this feature, we've decided to bring it to our
existing line of v-Series cameras. The Phantom v5.2, v7.3, v9.1, and v10.
|
 |
Canon EOS Lens Mount
Compatible with the vast array of Canon EOS lenses
available today, the new Vision Research Canon EOS lens mount is now
available for all currently-shipping Phantom v-Series digital high-speed
cameras. Remote control of the lens is accomplished using Vision
Research’s Remote Control Unit or our new PCC (Phantom Camera Control)
desktop-based software package, which provides an intuitive interface for
adjusting aperture and focus.
Available for Phantom v210, v310, v12.1, v710, v640 (all newer v-Series
cameras), Phantom Flex as well as any Phantom camera equipped with an
External Mechanical Shutter (v5.2, v7.3, v9.1, v10)
