TETRA provides a new generation of robotic systems for assistance, service and test tasks. In comparison to conventional robotic systems up to 90% of material and energy are saved by using newest drive, sensor and control technologies and by using bionic function principles (biomimetics). The assistant arm "BioRob" is characterized by a safe human-machine cooperation (no additional safety equipment), an extremely simple programming (learning by showing) and a short startup procedure.
 
BioRob-X4-V3.2
BioRob-X4-V3.2 is a light weight robot arm, which is especially developed for sensitive assistance and service tasks as well as for a real cooperation with people. The BioRob-Arm has 90% lower energy consumption than comparable industrial robot arms. This is achieved through a special technical principle and also through modern control- and power electronics with extreme low dissipation loss. In mobile applications in particular, the low energy consumption is a decisive point.

To test the products and the interaction functionality it is necessary to simulate the human activity with special test robots.
