Our robust digital load cells feature high specifications, high reliability, simple mechanical and electrical installation and no maintenance for the use in tough and demanding industrial environments. 

The load cells are available with: Profibus DP, DeviceNet, EtherNet/IP, Modbus ASCII/RTU, RS485/422, RS232, 4-20mA and 0-10V interfaces, and can be supplied in OIML and ATEX certified versions.

Robust Scales
The Eilersen robust digital bench- and floor scales offer low installation costs and simple maintenance as a result of the patented Eilersen load cell technology.

The scales are produced according to customer specifications. The scales are used in tough industrial environments with shocks, vibrations, high humidity and corrosion where high accuracies are required. The scales are offered in capacities from 1 kg to 3.000 kg and a full range of software modules for standard weighing, special purposes, and customer specific applications are available.
 

The main applications areas are:

  • Scales with direct interface to control systems via Profibus DP, DeviceNet, EtherNet or RS485
  • Bench- and floor scales for ATEX applications
  • Maritime Scales with automatic compensation for vibrations and seaways
