MFC / MFM and proportional valves
Massflow under control
Massflow gas measurement is independent of temperature and pressure, thus
controlling a process gas can be stable and reproduceable. Massflow
controllers contain a PID-controller and can be driven through norm signal
or field bus. Massflow meters are without actuators and are only for
measuring massflow.
Control valve strokes proportionally
Positioning valves can be combined with pneumatic, motorized, piezoelectric
or solenoid actuators. The main differences between the various actuation
principles are type of media separation, dynamic and force properties.
Solenoid-operated positioning valves are known in practice as proportional
valves and cover the nominal diameter range below 25 mm. Open and closed
control loops can be developed using proportional valves. Open control loops
control the valve without feedback signal, while closed control loops
control the difference between the set-point and actual values. Switching
solenoid valves, which are normally closed, form the basis for Bürkert
proportional valves. Direct-acting proportional valves receive their feed
below their seat, while servo-assisted models receive their feed above their
seat.

Robolux - Driving Valve Innovation
Part of the Bürkert Group
Diaphragm Valves that make a big difference
Diaphragm valves are not normally a major consideration, but RoboValves will
change your mind. Designing your process with RoboValves will improve your
performance in down-stream processes, such as filtration or chromatography
and in many other situations where you are handling valuable products.
RoboValve will save process time and minimize the number of valves and
diaphragms, thus reducing costs.
The secret is NO hold-up volumes!!! This is achieved by allowing two
valves, independently actuated, mounted under a single diaphragm, saving
space and eliminating T-pieces. Innovation is rarely this radical, design
rarely makes such a difference.

BBS Systems
Bürkert und BBS-Systems join forces to combine
know-how and experience.
BBS-Systems gives the possibility to built Bio-, Pharma-, Chemical- and Food
Production plants in a modular system.
The product range contains components for the demands of high quality
process applications such as Sterile Welding Unions up to Sterile Special
Valves. The BBS-Systems range of products ensures that the flow of product
is consistent and controlled due to crevice- and bacteria trap freeness.
Certificate, Test`s, Confirmations of all the products are available.
BBS-System Products meet the common Standards of FDA, BPE, BGA etc. BBS -
Systems Modular System provides you with simple and efficient process
solutions.
