 Offer Profile
Hirata is producing various types of robots. There are two main robot structures SCARA robots (jointed arm) and cartesian robots.

Depending on customer’s need and application requirements you can always select out of the different models and types for the best solution.

 Product Abstract
HIRATA SCARA Robots
AR-S Series
AR-S series are four axes SCARA robots ideally designed for fast and flexible assembly and material handling. AR-S series have been launched as Hirata’s 5th generation SCARA robot with high speed AC servo motor drive, cost effective and enhanced performance.
AR-Z Series
AR-Z series robots are heavy duty SCARA robots which are designed for handling of heavy and large workpieces. The common application area is palletizing and depalletizing.
The robots are robust and reliable.

The model AR-Z1000E is an economically solution for palletizing and depalletizing of 1200 x 800 mm Euro industrial trays. The models AR-Z1000F and G are designed for very heavy loads.
Linear axes and cartesian robots
In addition to SCARA robots, Hirata provides a building block system of different linear axes, which can be combined to various axes combinations. There are different models with different features like speed, payload, stroke and mounting position.

Auto Stocker
Hirata’s Auto Stocker solves your tray feeding problem economically. The Auto Stocker is designed as tray changing system to palletize or depalletize workpieces by robot. Its accurate positioning, fast tray change time and sufficient storage of trays meet the requirement of your automatic production system. The typical applications for the Auto Stocker are for assembly operation, palletizing for injection molding machines and loading/unloading workpieces for machine tools.
Cleanroom Robot
Our Clean Room Modules are developed through our long and in-depth experience to be easily and most efficiently integrated in automation systems.
Your favorite controller is ready to communicate with the Hirata robot controller. No need to learn new programming language. Simplified teaching and control method will shorten your time to deploy the process of automation.
Max. 12 axes can be controlled by a single controller.
Controller and software for robots and handling devices
Robot controller HAC-854CE
The robot control contains all functions of a motion control and furthermore offers the possibility to control the periphery processes. Through it use of an additional sequence control (PLC) is no longer necessary. The robot control is a microprocessor system which works according to the multi tasking method. It can work up to 32 sequential control process simultaneously.
Robot controller HAC-854CE
The controller is available in different design. One model is a standard compact controller which can control four axes at maximum and has dimensions like a desktop PC cabinet. The other type is called "Embedded controller" and can be built in any suitable industrial control cabinet.
Teach Pendant model H-3332
The teach Pendant are used to operate and program the robot. It can be connected to all different kind of controllers. It has a good readable LCD and a robust key pad. The operation is easy and simple to understand. A message line gives instructions to the operator and guides him to the next step.
Programming Software
HBDE
Hirata BASIC Developing Environment
This it a very powerful programming language for HAC controllers. The structure is like Super-BASIC with sub routines, macro commands and many other facilities for easy sequence programming.

The software package consists of editor, compiler, Linker and debugger functions also tools for data back-up are implemented.
