As the leading system integrator REIS ROBTICS offers the customers the competence and experience required for planning and execution of turnkey automation systems up to series production. With a robot technology based on the knowledge of process and applications available in-house, REIS ROBOTICS is able to provide the most economic priced turnkey system solution meeting the customer’s specific requirements.

Product Line Up
Robots
REIS ROBOTICS with its various robot series has a large product range to make the best suitable robot type for any application task available. REIS ROBOTICS is the only robot manufacturer who is making all robot kinematics with the vertical-, the horizontal articulated-arm robot and the linear robot available.
Vertical articulated-arm (RV)
Series: RV
Payload: 4 kg - 130 kg

The articulated-arm robot series is the most important robot kinematics for industrial use. As 6-axes universal robots with high path speeds and large work envelopes the RV-robots are especially suited for the high demands of path-related tasks. The design based on FEM and CAD stands out due to its excellent static and dynamic behavior.

Horizontal articulated-arm (RH)
Series: RH
Payload: 16 kg - 300 kg

The special horizontal articulated-arm kinematics are designed for use in small work cells, on production machines and in palletizing. The robots of this series are especially suitable for complex tasks such as joining, handling, machine tending, palletizing and order picking.

Hybrid kinematics (RVL)
Series: RVL
Payload: 16 kg - 130 kg

The RVL robot series is a combination of linear and articulated-arm robot. The six axes hybrid kinematics combines the advantages of the linear concept with those of the articulated arm concept. The robots are especially suited for loading and unloading of injection molding machines and machine tools. Installation of the robot on the machine ensures the space-saving arrangement of peripheral components and the execution of subsequent following operations directly on the machine.

Linear kinematics (RL)
Series: RL
Payload: 6 kg - 300 kg

The main application of these systems comprises the interlinking of operation sequences between injection molding machines, machine tools and further processing machines such as automatic loading and unloading, turning and transfer. With the combination of standard modules it is also possible to create gantry systems and 2-axes loading and unloading robots. All machines can be adapted in a flexible manner to customized system solutions by changing their stroke lengths and with additional rotary axes and different grippers.

Palletizing robots (RP)
Series: RP
Payload: 40 kg - 150 kg

With the palletizing robot series RP REIS ROBOTICS has three models that differ in the size of the work envelope and the payloads. The robots were especially designed for the applications such as palletizing, depalletizing, and order picking. By using the palletizing software MultiPack the utilization of the cube of the pallet is optimized and the start up time is reduced at the same time.

Laser robots (RV-Laser)
Series: RV-Laser, RLP-Laser
Laser power: 100 - 2000 Watt

With the arrival of the new laser robots REIS ROBOTICS opens up the market for laser material processing. Technology and design of the robots ensure the use of CO2-laser sources having a capacity up to 2 kilowatts directly mounted on the robot arm. Thus, the new robots are suitable for a wide range of applications in material processing of plastic and metal.

Applications
Welding technique
REIS ROBOTICS delivers complete welding installations for all usual weld methods:
  • Mag welding robot
  • Mig welding robot
  • Tig welding robot
  • Resistance welding robot
  • Twin-wire welding robot
  • PTA welding robot
  • Movable welding cabins
  • System solutions
  • Welding fixtures
Cutting technique
  • Oxyacetylene cutting
  • Plasma cutting

Economic cutting of steel components is an important step for their further processing. The high requirements to accuracy that have to be met for the cut parts provide a high-quality work that has to be performed constantly and without any fluctuations. For automation of this application task REIS ROBOTICS makes customized solutions for autogenous flame cutting, plasma cutting and laser cutting available.

Laser technology
With especially performing and precise laser robots REIS ROBOTICS opens up the market for laser material processing. Technology and concept of the robot now ensure the use of CO2-lasers, Nd:YAG or kiode lasers. As leading system bidder for laser robots with integrated beam guidance REIS ROBOTICS delivers complete processing cells designed for the corresponding application task.
Plastics technology
  • Injection molding automation
  • Laser processing
  • Blow mold technology
Handling technology
  • Tending
  • Palletizing
  • Order picking
  • Loading and unloading

With the various robot series of the vertical-, horizontal articulated-arm robots and the linear robots as well as combined kinetmatics REIS ROBOTICS executes complete solutions for automated handling, tending and assembly of components. Gripper systems, additional handling axes and image processing complete our choice of products for the production, assembly and packing process.

Assembly & gluing technology

Glass technology
  • Coating
  • Spraying

REIS ROBOTICS delivers turnkey coating systems, e.g. for glass, plastics and metal with integrated process technology, conveying and logistics. Where there are concerned complex, flexible and reproducible tasks in mechanic surface technology such as trimming, drilling, milling, cutting, grinding, polishing and other handling tasks, REIS ROBOTICS deliver turnkey processing cells.

Casting technology
  • Diecasting
  • Gravity die casting

Particularly for automation in the casting industry, the quality and consistency of the castings depend upon the reliability and continuity of the production process. Extreme ambient conditions and high accelerations on narrow space require a solid robot design suitable for use in foundries.
