The TOOL MASTER Octa is the universal tool presetter for use directly in production. Alongside the standard measurement tasks, modern design combined with the newly developed software IP Soft offer a wide range of additional functions. The user interface supplies all of the necessary information at a glance. Tool recognition and specific data preparation processes can be retrofitted any time.
Patented spindle bearings, adapters for all the usual tools as well as measuring ranges up to ø 500 mm and lengths up to 750 mm allow unrestricted use well into the future.

The TOOL MASTER 5 is a universal tool presetter for large tools for use directly in production.
Patented spindle bearings, adapters for all the usual tools as well as measuring ranges up to ø 1000 mm and lengths up to 1000 mm allow unrestricted use also for excess lengths.
Downtimes due to tooling time during tool change in the machine are reduced to a minimum. Tools measured in advance on the TOOL MASTER 5 thus directly increase the utilisation time of the machines, often by up to 25 %. This means that the TOOL MASTER 5 has paid for itself within just a year.
The TOOL MASTER 5 may be equipped with an optical projector or with a simple image processor as well as with the pc-based image software IP Soft.

Affordable compact class
Pre-loaded recirculating ball guides on all axes and weight counterbalance ensure accurate and tireless operation. Measuring column and tool spindle are mounted on a thermally stabilized and stress-free cast-iron base. Bellows protect the guides, fine adjusting spindle and measuring system against rough workshop environments.

Any number of tools can be measured. All of the relevant
data of the tools can be administrated via an ID number.
A reference point can be allocated to each tool.
Especially compiled measurement functions can be
assigned to the respective tool. Desired value and
tolerances can be defined as required.
