Linear and rotary positioning systems are available for manual adjustment and motorized drive. For higher precision, measuring systems can be integrated. The comprehensive range of motorized positioning systems is supplemented by a well-balanced assortment of motion control equipment. The latter contains both autonomous control units and PC cards.
OWIS latest innovation is the piezo driven nanopositioning system. A linear stage and an elevator stage are available for linear movements, two goniometers and a rotary stage for rotational movements. A control unit complete the nanopositioning system.
