The continual further development of the MAS Modular
Drive System is a main goal of Watt Drive. To
keep short the cycle time at those developments a
close cooperation between the respective specialty
departments is inevitable. Beginning with the concept
development up to the prototype delivery the whole
product creation process is controlled through Watt
internal process networks.
SIMPLE PRODUCT SUPPLEMENTS:
Special working on the housing:
The standard housing can be altered through flexible
fabrication machines. Important is here, if additional
tools, fixing appliances or programs are needed.
Examples:
· Additional vent holes and oil level holes for
special mounting positions
· Special base- and flange dimensions
· Milling
Examples for output- / input shafts:
· Special dimensions (Ø + length, pict. 1)
· Special materials (stainless,...)
· Spline shafts
· Tooth shaft connections
Sealing systems examples:
· Viton seal rings
· Labyrinth seals
· Double seal rings
Special lubricants:
· Lubricants for the food industry
· Synthetic lubricants

Flexibility through own fabrication:
Watt Drive produces all components needed for the
