Introducing the new transfer system LTE

The new transfer system (LTE) is a simple solution to complex asynchronous transfer of pallets and can be configured to work around existing workstations. The pallets are made of a high-strength polymer and transferred on a single-belt system.

This system is extremely flexible. In fact, many of the components can be relocated or added without drilling or machining.

Typical requirements of the LTE system are:

• Assembly automation of precision engineered products
• Cycle time greater than 2 seconds
• Either inline or parallel stations
• Positional accuracy of +/- 0.05 mm
• Pallet size of 80 x 80 to 160 x 160 mm
• Total mass per pallet of 2.5 kg (5.5 lbs))
