New miniature, parallel gripper - GPPM

As the electronics industry develops smaller products, the assembly of these products requires smaller machines. In response to this need, MONTECH has developed a new miniature, parallel gripper (GPPM).

The GPPM is available in two sizes with overall dimensions of 20 x 20 mm and 25 x 25 mm. In addition to being small, their designed allows them to be stacked side-by-side. They weigh only 60 and 100 g respectively. They are double-acting and have a gripping force of 28 N (6.3 lbs) in both directions.

The GPPM is maintenance-free and can be mounted in any direction. In spite of its small size, it has a rugged ball bearing guidance system and can be fitted with long gripper fingers. The ball bearings also give the GPPM a high positional accuracy and long lifespan.
