Tool Changers
 The new generation Tool Changers gives maximum
flexibility to your robot. With low weight, compact and robust design and
high safety they function day in day out changing your tools. The unique
design is specially forgiven to misplacements when docking with different
tools. The locking device line up the electrical connector pins
automatically to decrease wear and increase lifetime.

Our new family of Swivels provides air supply and
electrical signals without limting your robot’s motion capabilities. You can
spin the 6:th axis free from hoses, cables or other obstacles. Low weight,

Valve Units
Our family of Valve units is made for mounting on any

Hose Packages
The hose packages will simplify the installation of
extra cabling for all material handling applications. Together with our
swivel the upper arm hose design allows the robot to move freely and with no
force to the application cabling. Without swivel there will be a limitation
on the 4-6:e axes movement. The design of the hose package has a well proven
technology and gives your cabling a longer lifetime. The hose package
includes all necessary bolts and brackets for your robot.

Grinding Package
The grinding package is the best way to get a flexible
and multi functional grinding cell. Together with the swivel with tool
changer the robot can be used for both material handling and grinding.
Grinding and deburring can be made with a big variety of products and
material. The flexibility given by the swivel with tool changer provides
your working cell with unlimited possibilities and can easily be adjusted
for new products and operations.

Air cooled spindles are designed for high speed,
precision and reliability. They are intended for building into machines for
such operations as grinding, drilling, milling and deburring.
Compressed air cooling (P) is advisable when operating in either dirty or
hostile environments or where more effective cooling is required. Noise
levels will also be lower.
As motors are manufactured to the highest possible standards with all
rotating parts dynamically balanced spare parts are fully interchangeable
thus ensuring consistent performance.
When servicing becomes necessary it is recommended that spindles and

Tool Motors
Air-cooled motors with built-in fan intended for hand
work and as auxiliary spindles in machines where light drilling, grinding,
milling and deburring is required.
Stainless steel housings are recommended when installing spindles into

The Vacuum channels are an integrated part of the
grippers structure. There are no hoses and connections that can cause
leakage or get caught in the machinery. Together with our range of swivels
and dress packs for the robot this gives an optimal integrated and slim
solution, ready to be used in an instant.
Minimum weight means that the robot can accelerate faster and break harder,
which reduces cycle times. The vacuum ejectors are easily integrated into
the gripper, which further reduces cycle times.
Defines where the suction sups should be located and we design the gripper
to fit the robot. The 3D-drawing of the gripper will thereafter be given a
unique part number and saved in our database, so additional grippers can be
manufactured if required.
