Pneumatic Grippers
AGI pneumatic grippers have a wide range of sizes, jaw
styles, and gripping forces for most any industrial application. Robotic
grippers range from miniature series to units that have 1500 lbs. of
gripping force. The three major types of pneumatic grippers are angular, 2
jaw parallel and 3 jaw parallel design, and custom units such as o-ring
insertion machines. These products are used in various industries such as
Aerospace, Automotive, Appliance, automated industrial o-ring systems,
Electronic, Medical and Packaging.

O-Ring Assembly
Automated seal /o-ring assembly from small to large O
ring placement applications. Spread and place seals with these dual motion
automatic o-ring placement assembly machines. Two sizes available, one for
handling up to 3 inch I.D. AGP-6-OR (six jaw) and a larger unit to handle up
to 12 inch I.D. AGP-8-OR (eight jaw) multi motion through-hole parallel
grippers.

Rotary Actuators
AGI offers a full line of pneumatic rotary actuators.
All rotary actuators are rack and pinion design and incorporate output
flange hard stop. The hardstops stops the output flange directly so there
isn't any pinion breakage. The units are ultra hi torque pneumatic actuators
due to cross porting the two piston bores. The extremely low profile package
is excellent in tight space applications. There are five sizes available
with manifold and mid stop options. Torque output ranges from 7in-lbs. to
310 in-lbs. @ 100 psi.

Linear Actuators
AGI has a full line of linear actuators, base slides,
Magnetically coupled slides, thrusters and pneumatic actuators that provide
smooth linear motion due to the precision ball bearings riding on hardened
ground shafts. The aluminum body and end blocks contain tapped holes and
dowel pin holes for precision mounting or fixturing. The AGSL slide series
have a magnetically coupled rodless air cylinder that drives the saddle.

Mini Power Slides
The compact size of this miniature linear actuator is
ideal for use in tight spaces needing large payloads. This precision linear
Actuator has a T-slot bearing design that is supported the length of the
body to carry heavy loads. Multiple mounting surfaces allow payloads to be
attached to the top rail or the endplate. The pneumatic actuators have two
bore sizes .5 and also a .75 inch available in .5, 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 inch
strokes.

Feed Escapements
AGI's pneumatic actuator, powered feed-escapement is
ideal for individual release of parts from hoppers, conveyors, vibratory
feeder bowls, tracks and magazines. These compact long stroke Linear
actuators escapements are internally sequenced. The cross porting makes sure
both rods are extended before either rod can retract ensuring positive part
feeding. The AGI escapements have an easy part clearing feature due to
internal back pressure cross port design, allows both rods to be retracted
with air pressure off.

Hand Exchange
AGI EOAT tool-changers are accurate, highly rigid, and have
multiple pneumatic ports and optional electrical contacts ideal
for end of arm tooling. The pneumatic actuators tool changer
system offers a full line of robotic tool-changers designed to
minimize assembly line change outs and down time.

Load Limiters
The AGI EOAT load limiter mounts between the robot wrist
and the tooling to protect the robot in an overload condition or collision.
The AGI pneumatic actuator load-limiter is a dynamically variable load
limiter that operates on an air pressure system. A regulated air supply
provides positive, variable pressure to hold the load rigid during normal
operation.
