Operating Concepts
Controllers offer the most comfortable way to create an interface between user and machine. They monitor machines and integrated processes by a described scheme and protect the user from errors and injuries.

Within the Dispensing Technology, controllers are in charge for three fields especially:
  • The dispensing material preparation and feeding
  • The metering task
  • The movement of the dispenser and workpiece (axis)

The quality of a dispensing unit comes with the controller. So, the Scheugenpflug Corp. offers different kinds of controllers, each of them user-friendly and precisely working.

 
Scheugenpflug Control Panel SCP 200
The intuitive Microcomputer Controller is a full-graphics PC controller with context-sensitive help.

It controls every process activity. From material processing through dispensing/potting, including the processes within the production cell itself. It simplifies the monitoring, maintenance and analysis tasks, so that the operator gets the best possible and failure-free production flow.

The easy programming enables a fast adaption even on-site.

In addition, the layout of the 7“ touch screen display is clearly arranged and permits data input and display in different languages.

Industry PC
The Industry PC, which is equipped with a Scheugenpflug Visualization UVIS and an integrated programming module UPIC, enables an easy and comfortable operation and parameterisation of the Dispensing Unit by a Touch-Screen.

The administration of the machine, workpiece and process data are realized by individual flags, which enables clear arranged and fast navigation. With the integrated programming module UPIC, matrix, as well as cnc dispensing programmes, can be designed and edited in a simple and fast way, without any programming skills.

of the machine Rexroth Indra Control L40 is a space-saving controlling platform for all Rexroth based
controllers. It is flexibly scalable regarding performance and function, as well as upgradeable with visualization and I/O components.

Scheugenpflug Corp. implements the Rexroth L40, in particular, for customized machines respectively on demand.

Highly precise metering system for dispensing, filling, applying, sealing, adhering, fixing and covering.

For handling of:
non-abrasive to highly abrasive, non-filled to highly filled, liquid to highly viscous single and two-component materials.

Exact metering with repeated accuracy in the electrical and electronic manufacturing sector.

Adhesion, marking, application in the μ range, as well as fine metering for practically all customer specific media.

Manual Workstation
Dispensing Systems from Scheugenpflug are stand-alone respectively manual work-stations for preparing, feeding and dispensing resins.

They consist of a Scheugenpflug piston metering unit with table top stand and a material preparation and feeding machine with an integrated microcomputer controller. Considering the resins (viscosity, moisture-sensitive...) we can offer the ideal preparation and feeding machines. The piston metering head will be also adapted according to the used material.
 
Dos A310
Preparation and Feeding Unit for self-leveling cast resins.

Dos A90
This manual workplace is a computer controlled Metering System consisting of Cartridges or  -Tanks, a Scheugenpflug Metering Head Controller and a Scheugenpflug Piston Pump Dispenser  with a table top stand.

For handling of:
low volumes of slightly filled materials of different viscosities, with weak tendency of sedimentation.

Area of application:
simple dispensing tasks under atmospheric pressure.

Advantages:
Unbeatable price-performance ratio, extremely compact desktop solution but no comprimise on precision in metering quantity and mixing ratio.

Variants:
The Dos A90 can be used for material feeding from cartridges or pressure tanks. This manual workplace consists of material containers, a dispenser controller and a Scheugenpflug piston dispenser with a tabletop stand.

Dos A90 booster
Designed for a most efficient production flow, this system enhances the metering process when supplying material from cartridges.
The A90 booster can be adapted to a range of different cartridge sizes and is particularly suitable for highly-viscous and filled dispensing materials.




 

 
Dos A220
The Dos A220 is a dispensing system for feeding highly viscous, pasty dispensing materials. It consists of a Scheugenpflug piston dispenser with a tabletop stand and the A220 material feeding unit with an onboard microcomputer controller.

For handling of:
non-abrasive, highly viscous and/or thixotropic materials like sealants, adhesives or greases. (for abrasive highly viscous materials, see the A280)

Area of application:

For applying sealant and adhesive beads, as well as insulating materials (dam & fill applications)
Dos A280
The Dos A280 is a dispensing system for highly abrasive, pasty dispense materials, i.e. thermally conductive adhesives/pastes. It consists of a Scheugenpflug piston dispenser with tabletop stand and the A280 material feeding unit with an onboard microcomputer controller.

For handling of:
highly viscous and abrasive dispense materials, i.e. thermally conductive adhesives/pastes for thermal management tasks.

Area of application:
For applying thermally conductive materials in the shape of lines, beads or dots.

Advantages:
Based on standard modules and components, the user can choose a well-proven and field-tested "customized" dispensing system at a most economic price-performance ratio.
 
Material Preparation and Material Feeding
The formulations and characteristics of resins have a wide range. For proper handling of these materials and for best production quality, customized systems specifically tailored for the material handling are required. The Scheugenpflug AG product range offers an adequate solution for each one- or two-component dispensing material at viscosities ranging from 50 mPa to 1,000,000 mPa and more.
 
A310
The A310 unit is a dispensing system for liquid, self-leveling dispensing materials and abrasive resins.

For handling of:
liquid to medium viscous resins, with or without filling materials. It is highly recommended for moisture-sensitive materials which need to be processed under vacuum.

Used for:
Dispensing, potting, filling and sealing of coils, sensors, PCBs, dam&fill applications and much more.
A280
Material feeding for highly abrasive materials directly
from the original container.

For handling of:
thermally conductive adhesives/pastes for thermal management tasks (high amount of fillers, abrasive
and highly viscous)

Area of application:
For applying thermally conductive adhesives/pastes
in the shape of lines, beads or dots.
A220
Material feeding unit for highly viscous dispensing materials, which are fed directly from the original delivery containers.

For handling of:
non-abrasive highly viscous and/or thixotropic
materials like sealants, adhesives and greases.
(for abrasive high viscous materials, see A280)

Area of application:
For applying sealant and adhesive beads, as
well as insulating materials (dam&fill application)

CNCell
The CNCell is a versatile and flexible production cell and is used for the production of electric and electronic components.

Areas of application:
- For sealing enclosures of PCBs, fitting PCBs and enclosures (base / lid), screw driving or crimping, applying sealing beads and much more.

  • Standardized modular principle
  • Considerable cost savings when compared to single unit production

  • One model for all applications (pick & place, dispensing, screw driving, etc.)

RoboCell
The RoboCell was developed especially for applications where, due to their complicated dispensing geometries, highest requirements of part positioning has to be done.

The shortest travel paths, precise positioning and a maximum freedom of movement are all qualities which make the RoboCell's six-axis robot system stand apart from the rest. Compared to a conventional three-axis system, this one offers even more flexibility and multifunctional operation during dispensing. The multifunctional adapter mounted on the robot arm can be equipped for the
widest range of processes, such as dispensing, part movement, needle checking, assembly and scales inspection.

The high quality, compact and flexible dispensing system is literally a multi-talent which can open up many new opportunities.
 
Vacuum Dispensing Units (VDS)
Based on many years of experience, Scheugenpflug AG manufactures its vacuum dispensing machines in series of production batches. Proven standards result in a constant quality at the highest level and a sophisticated, compact and pleasant design.

The Scheugenpflug vacuum dispensing machines provide ultimate dispensing quality without air-bubbles in the work piece or resin. A wide product range lets you choose the ideal machine for every requirement, from the small desktop model to the fully-automated, in-line 3-chamber solution. Vacuum-assisted dispensing is particularly recommended for moisture-sensitive dispensing materials or work pieces where air inclusions are not acceptable.
 
VDS U
The VDS U is the ideal one- or two-fold dispensing
