            • NEMO® SA Aseptic Pump

              Capacities up to 140 m3/h (620 gpm). Pressures up to 24 bar (340 psi).
              Description
              The smooth crevice-free flexible rod requires no maintenance and is not subject to wear, thus enabling the conveyance of highly sensitive and abrasive products. The pump housing has a reduced diameter as well as a product entry moved towards the shaft seal (discharge in vertical position). This creates an absolutely crevice-free pump body generating an optimised flow of the product through the pump. For complete self-emptying, flushing ports are arranged tangentially and pressure ports are arranged eccentrically. To avoid contamination from the atmosphere, all seals are equipped with connections for flushing with sterile fluids, vapour or condensate and fitted with optional tubing. For changing product temperatures a standard stator with reduced wall thickness and a stator protector for dry running and overheating protection is available. Design with bearing housing and drive shaft allows for the use of all types of drives.

            • The NEMO® SH Plus Hygienic Pump is employed for hygienic applications in the foodstuff, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and chemical/biochemical industries in order to provide continuous, pressure-stable, gentle and low-pulsation conveyance with optimal cleaning and dosing in proportion to speed.

              The design with bearing block and free shaft ends enables the universal employment of any drive type.
              Many different regulatory bodies have set specifications for a hygienically correct configuration of components and machines, as well as for component cleanability. NEMO PUMPS® are designed, produced and inspected in accordance with the regulations of the EHEDG (European Hygienic Equipment Design Group) and the QHD (Qualified Hygienic Design). The materials used are approved by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) and the BfR (German Federal Institute for Risk Assessment). In addition, NEMO® Hygienic and Aseptic Eccentric Screw Pumps meet the specifications of the United States’ 3-A Sanitary Standards and are GOST-R certified (a Russian certificate of conformity).

              Description
              Housing with large, rectangular/square hopper and tapered force feed chamber, as well as coupling rod with patented, positioned feeding screw for optimal transfer of the medium to the rotor and stator. The ideally placed flushing stud at the hopper housing sees to the best (possible) blending of the substrates.
            • Mobile NEMO® Beverage Pumps

            • The pumps are specifically used for products with the following characteristics:

              The strength of the mobile NEMO® beverage pump is the universal use in wine-growing, wine production, sweet must production, breweries, distilleries and in beverage and juice production.

            • NEMO® BT Immersible Pumps - special design for the petroleum industry

            • In some cases the viscosity of the crude oil is so high, that it cannot be conveyed by a horizontally installed pump. Here the vertically designed NETZSCH progressing cavity pump offers an ideal solution. This design is also available as a Caisson pump and is characterized by extremely low NPSH values.

              NEMO® Immersible Pumps are used for emptying barrels, tanks, and pits. They are also used where space is limited and the danger of cavitation may be present. In addition, these pumps are suitable for emptying barrels containing materials hazardous to water and the environment.

                Only very seldom does crude oil arrive at the surface in pure form. Usually it is mixed with water, sand and gas. Conventional pumps require that the gas first be separated from the crude oil. With NETZSCH NEMO® Multiphase Pumps, this is not an issue.
                NEMO® Multiphase Pumps can be used for crude oil with a gas content of up to 100%.

                Great distances must often be covered in order to reach ports or refineries. Pump systems that can maintain a high conveying pressure at the lowest possible pulsation are required for such applications. The optimal solution is a NETZSCH Progressing Cavity Pump. NEMO® Pumps are produced in accordance with API 676 and shaft seals in accordance with API 682.

                • TORNADO® rotary lobe pump on wheels for use at the most unusual of locations.
                  A TORNADO® rotary lobe pump fastened onto a mobile base – this is the NETZSCH TORNADO® Mobile. The concept of mounting the equipment onto a car or truck trailer makes it possible to pump large quantities of fluids with solid content, wastewater and slurries at the most unusual of sites. Based on the given application, a TORNADO® rotary lobe pump is selected in the appropriate size and then simply installed onto a trailer. High capacity and low space requirements make the TORNADO® Mobile ideal for use in any disaster situation.

                    This pump operates with a drive screw intermeshing with a driven screw transferring torque from one to the other. The screws are surrounded by the pump housing made of ferrous material. The screw geometry and the housing form the pumping chamber. Rotation, screw diameter, and screw pitch define the pump‘s flow rate. The product lubricates the internals. Four special bushings keep the screws aligned. The axial force resulting from the pumping motion is practically nil due to the pump’s hydraulic balancing.

                    The NETZSCH Two Screw Pumps have a drive screw intermeshing with a driven screw, transfering torque from one screw to the other.

                  • Suitable for low to high lubricity, low to high viscosities and able to pump light abrasive products
                    Two shafts with four screws rotate inside a cartridge. The screws do not touch each other, and do not touch the cartridge. Therefore there is no metal-to-metal contact in this pump type. Synchronization of the two shafts is effected by a pair of timing gears remote from the pump chamber. The fluid is pumped from the extremities towards the center. The pumping chamber is formed by the four screws and the cartridge.

                      NETZSCH M-Ovas® grinding systems can be used wherever it is essential that solid matter in fluids be broken down reliably to ensure the prevention of pipe clogging and damage to downstream equipment.
                      The special design of the M-Ovas® housing carries the solids in the wastewater flow to the cutting plate, where they are held and chopped by rotating blades. This low-maintenance assembly is designed for sludges with a maximum flow of 300 m3/h and a dry matter content of up to 7%.

                    • Ideal when very big things need be made very small!
                      For applications with particularly large solid objects in the wastewater flow, the NETZSCH Twin Shaft Macerator is your ideal partner. Various tooth and spacer width plate combinations are available for different degrees of grinding. Depending on the application, five NETZSCH Twin Shaft Macerators are available in various designs, with flow rates from 1 m3/h to 270 m3/h at a dry matter content of up to 10%. The NETZSCH Twin Shaft Macerator is self-cleaning as the twin shafts rotate very slowly at slightly different speeds. Low driving power with a particularly high throughput guarantees efficient operation. The NETZSCH Twin Shaft Macerator ensures free flow and protects downstream pumping equipment and plant components.
