MANUAL SOCKET
Manual SOCKET welders for joining pipes and fittings, in compliance with the standards in force. They feature an aluminum heating plate and a practical, heat-insulated plastic handle. UP 125
UP 125 is the new Ritmo welding machine for drilling and saddle socket welding on PP and PE pipes (Patent pending). The main pipe working range goes from Ø 63mm to 630 mm and is possible to weld saddle socket fittings from Ø 32mm to 125 mm. CHAMFERING
CHAMFERING tools are designed to make a bevel on the outside edge of a pipe end for socket fusion / electrofusion.
This Chamfer allows heater faces and socket fittings to be easily pushed onto the pipe end.
BEVELERS
These are professional tools for bevelling the ends of plastic pipes up to Ø 315 mm (10” IPS), that will be inserted into electrical couplers or plug-in joints.
The SME 1 is made in plastic; SME 2 PLUS is made in a special Aluminum alloy.
