VA1400
The MOTOMAN-VA1400, is a seven-axis robot which offers superior performance in arc welding.
It has torch cables built into the robot arm to eliminate interference with the workpiece, jig or other nearby robots. Also, the power cable and gas and air hoses can be accommodated to the base. Several robots can be installed in close proximity without interfering with each other, which will allow construction of a highly effective and space-saving welding cell.

VS50
Due to its special kinematics the MOTOMAN VS50 can have a closer approach to the work pieces and also allows for high-density layouts with multiple robots, contributing to space savings.
The cables are integrated into the robot arm, which enables the robot to move freely without cable bundles being in the way and eliminates the interference between robots. Due to its slim body, the VS50 enables a system installation in confined spaces.

DX100 Robot Controller
Using patented multiple robot control technology, MOTOMAN’s next-generation DX100 controller easily handles multiple tasks including control of up to eight robots (72 axes), as well as I/O devices and communication protocols. The energy-saving DX100 features faster processing speeds, advanced robot arm control for smoother interpolation, built-in collision avoidance, and quicker I/O response. These advanced control functions take advantage of Yaskawa’s Sigma V motor technology to optimize acceleration characteristics and reduce cycle time. Connections to the controller cabinet are made through the back of the unit, optimizing floor space. The DX100 conserves power during robot idle time, providing up to 25% energy savings.
Featuring a robust PC architecture, the DX100 uses a Windows® CE, lightweight programming pendant with colour touch screen. Multiple window display capability and a unique cross-shaped navigation cursor considerably reduce teaching time. A convenient compact flash slot and USB port facilitate memory back-ups. All operator controls are located on the pendant, allowing the control cabinet to be mounted remotely.

The HD gantry is designed to provide a reliable and accurate welding solution for production of very large components such as excavators, containers and earth moving equipment.

The robot's working area is very extensive as the travel lengths of the Z- and Y-beams (horizontal and vertical stroke) are up to 2,5 and 3 meters respectively and the supporting pillars are more than 5 meters tall.

The HD is servo-powered and fully synchronized with the robot controller making it easy to position the robot for increased welding accuracy and simplified programming. In the twin or triple systems, with several robots applied to the X-beam, the robots can work together or independent of each other.
TSG
The TSG gantry is designed for reliable, accurate and economic welding solutions for large components such as excavators, containers and earth moving equipment etc.

It is servo powered and fully synchronized with the robot controller. The gantry’s Y-beam is built up by 2- and 4-meter modules to any desired length with a suitable number of supporting pillars. In the twin systems, with several robots applied to the Y-beam, the robots can work together or independent of each other.
