All order-picking carts with a minimum width of 500 mm can be fitted with the smart touch2move drive technology. Hereby, the cart obeys the user's natural, intuitive movements during manoeuvering – without physical effort.

Lift&Drive – Productivity increase through individual standards
Thanks to their user-oriented application possibilities, our mobile lifts increase productivity. These intelligent goods handling solutions enable complex and physically demanding operations to be carried out simply, safely, ergonomically, and therefore efficiently.
The lifting aids are adapted individually, depending on load, application location, user, and type of goods handling.

Unique, patented vacuum technology for that extra plus in efficiency
Loads that previously could only be handled with expensive accessories, can now be handled efficiently and ergonomically with the mobile MobiCrane vacuum lifter. Thanks to the adjustable lifting height, the operator always maintains an optimal and ergonomic posture when lifting and moving loads up to 80 kg.

Optimized logistics with powered vehicles
Thanks to the touch2move drive technology, transporting heavy goods is not only more efficient, but also significantly safer. Simply by touching the sensor handle, the trolley “obeys” the operator's natural movements, and automatically adapts to his/her walking speed. The touch2move drive concept can be fitted to practically to all four-wheel trolleys and other transport carts, which are then classified as 'walkie' type vehicles according to accident prevention regulations, and are also entitled to be marked with the CE sign.

Increased productivity through optimized operations
The LEO has been designed as a tug, and combines EXPRESSO's unique, patented touch2move drive concept with the principles of motorized 'walkie' ground transport equipment using pole-shaft control.
Fitted with just one sensor handle and a high-torque drive motor, the tug permits convenient towing and manoeuvering of one or more trolleys/dollies.
The gains in mobility together with saved time and space lead to increased productivity and safety for companies.

Every EXPRESSO baggage cart is fitted as standard with:
- integrated multi-function RFID transponders, e.g. for determining the cart's location
- automatic parking brakes for utmost safety (except airside baggage carts)
- braking mechanism with 30% more braking force, plus LongLife brake housing for maximum safety – no openings that can cause injuries, and no space for  concealing explosives

What's more, our baggage carts are featured by:
- glass-fiber reinforced push handle
- high-grade materials such as a special aluminium alloy (strength F35), electropolished stainless steel V2A, and chrome plate steel
- all plastic parts are made of special hard-wearing EXLAN

EXPRESSO baggage cart depots

To enable airports to remain profitable in the face of increasing competition, they must examine the cost-effectiveness of their operations. EXPRESSO's coin-operated dispensing system permits service costs to be reduced significantly, as the baggage carts can only be removed after paying a fee or a deposit. In order to recover their deposit, the passengers must return the carts to a depot/dispensing station. What's more, the system prevents corridors and waiting areas being obstructed by abandoned baggage carts, thus reducing the risk of accidents. All over the world, this lucrative EXPRESSO system makes a substantial financial contribution to the costs of baggage cart management at airports.
