Trac
The monorail is made of
clear anodized aluminum
extrusion.
The bus bars are on
one side, and the T-slots accept flexible control elements on the other.
The Trac easily mounts to our Quick-Set framing system.

The TracSwitch Arena allows either to convey a Shuttle

Lift
The elevator is used for vertical transport of shuttles.
For example, the following tasks can be performed:
- transport of shuttles from a station to a ceiling system or vice versa
- crossing of a trac in a transport route or at an obstacle
- connection of two or more systems with different working heights

Shuttle
The shuttles are intelligent self-propelled vehicles.
Their maximum speed is 30 m/min. They are available with a single drive axle
or two drive axles. A single axle shuttle can carry up to 12kg, while a dual
axle shuttle can carry 24kg. Each drive axle has a maintenance-free, 24v
brushless DC motor and sensors to avoid collisions with other shuttles or
obstacles.

Positioning Unit
A Positioning Unit is used if a shuttle has to be
positioned exactly and/or if the plate requires additional support while
being processed. A standard variation of the Positioning Unit is the
Multiple Positioning Unit which allows the shuttle to index to multiple
stops.

SupoTrac / ErgoTrac
ErgoTrac makes it possible to set up an ergonomic manual
workstation so that the platform is tilted 25° toward the operator. This
makes the pallet ergonomically better accessible and improves visibility.
The SupoTrac is the manual workstation without tilt unit.

TracDoor
The TracDoor is intended to permit passage through a
Montrac line or access to manual workplaces within the line. Through passage
is permitted for one person as a minimum and for a small fork-lift truck as
a maximum
(2 versions).
The principle of TracDoor is very single.
The gate is fixed at a pivot point and can be manually opened and rotated in
the opening direction up to a rubber peg with a magnet.
