Liftronic® Series

Liftronic series electric handling devices are also known as INDEVA.
The INDEVA are not mere industrial lifting devices, but they are a real evolution of the traditional industrial manipulators, a state of the art modern material handling solution which allow precide positioning of the load, fluid movements and speed.

Liftronic® The perfect answer for today’s request of increased ergonomic, productivity and safety is the Liftronic series lifting devices which belong to the INDEVA CLASS. Indeva class stands for Intelligent Device for Handling. Models are available from 80 to 320 kg capacity; they can be equipped with both standard and custom designed lifting toolings in order to suit specific needs. Thanks to the modular tooling concept “Modulo” and the microprocessor based logic, in fact, the INDEVA Liftronic Series manipulators can be designed and realized to suit exact need of each application. The INDEVA (or IAD – Intelligent Assist Device), electronic zero gravity balancers can be applied to different supports, like ceiling, overhead rails, Liftruck®, column with Orbit_Arm®.

Liftronic® Air Liftronic® Air is a new product born from the “fusion” of the traditional pneumatic manipulators with the intelligence of the INDEVA. Liftronic Air features the typical pneumatic power for lifting of the pneumatic handling systems, but with the electronic control of the INDEVA, which grants more safety, ergonomics and productivity. A wide range of Liftronic Air models from 80 to 250 kg capacity which can be installed on different supports, such as columns, ceiling or overhead rail.

Liftronic® Easy Another intelligent industrial lift assistance device is Liftronic® EASY. Liftronic® EASY can be considered a good investment because it is not expensive and can produce high short term returns,; it is really user-friendly: easy to install, to use and to maintain. It is the ideal solution for repetitive and quick work cycles, different models are available for capacities up t 240 kg. It can be equipped with mechanic lifting tools, like panthograph chucks, hooks, clamps and mounted on different supports such as freestanding column, rails, jibs and ceiling.

Liftruck® Many textile industries use Liftruck INDEVA in their texturing, spinning and weaving areas to lift reels and position them unto the creels up to 5m height. Thanks to Liftruck, a lifting truck with an electronic lifting device installed on it, a single man can easily move the pallets from the stock room to the creel and, place the spools on the creel effortlessly, collect the empty cardboard blanks and the tubes, and carry them back to the storeroom.

Serie PN Scaglia INDEVA provides a wide choice of either traditional pneumatic lifting devices or new generation electronic manipulators, also called INDEVA. All PN Series manipulators are traditional pneumatic load balancers. They are suitable for work environments where the ATEX regulations have to be applied as per the EU Directives 94/9 concerning the applications in places where there is the risk of explosions, classified classes 1 and 2 (gas).

Compatto PN COMPATTO is a pneumatic manipulator with rigid vertical arm, suitable for applications in small size, low ceiling work areas.

Flex Pneumatic manipulators series PN FLEX Pneumatic manipulator with a flexible rope in place of the vertical rigid arm. The PN Flex series pneumatic manipulators are suitable for the handling loads having their baycenter on the Z axis of the vertical arm. They allow flexible load picking/releasing movements.
