The combination of vibration and process technology allows us to find solutions for various procedural demands. We can provide the ideal range of products for every process, both for ‘green sand foundry’ and the ‘cold-resin-bonded sand foundry’. This enables the customer to competitively produce casting.
For the green sand foundry industry we offer machines for shake-out, transport and cooling of the casting parts as well as for transport and cooling of the waste sand.

For the cold-resin-bonded sand foundry industry our range of products includes machines for shake-out of the casting parts and for regeneration (breakup/cooling /separation) of the waste sand.

For charging and alloying systems in steel plants we offer screening machines, feeding, dosing and weighing systems.
Our range of products is well completed by furnace loaders for cupola and induction furnaces.

Screening technology is the centerpiece of our product line for this primary industry. Materials to be screened vary from coal to diamonds; but just as often it is limestone, hard rock and mineral sands of all kinds which are screened. Our line of products also includes bin discharge feeders. The remarkable EXTROVIB®-system not only operates on very low power requirements, but efficiently empties the bin (or hopper) resulting in very little surface wear to the inside of the feeders.

We also offer tube feeders and troughs which operate using unbalanced or magnetic drives.

JÖST® offers process engineering of the highest class for applications in thermal processing technology, e.g. drying and cooling. To calculate and determine what will comprise the various parts of the process, we use Finite Elements Analysis (FEA) and our own software to optimize the sizing of the machines and systems which assembled encompass the customer’s entire process. All possible procedures can be tested in our technical centre. Our product line varies from vibrating machines to complex systems with sophisticated controls and regulating units designed by JÖST® engineers.
