Product Line Up
Identification

The automatic identification products have been developed in order to supply compact and extremely functional solutions. Datalogic Automation offers all the technologies available today: state-of –the-art laser scanners and imagers for bar code reading (traditional and 2D) together with RFID systems.

The wide range of accessories available together with the particular attention placed on connectivity in industrial environments (Fieldbus, increases the ease and flexibility of use of the Bar Code and RFID readers.

The new Hybis system is worth highlighting amongst the complete identification solutions offered by Datalogic Automation. Many different thousands Hybis systems have been installed in airports throughout the world, guaranteeing efficient luggage traceability during handling.

Image-Based ID readers

Matrix 450™
MATRIX 450™ is the high-end industrial 2D reader designed for logistic applications.
Through 5 million pixels captured 15 times in a second, MATRIX 450™ enables a range of applications never covered before by a 2D-imager.  MATRIX 450™ perfectly meets the requirements of both automated and manual material handling.

Thanks to the extraordinary acquisition rate at very high resolution and the strong illuminator, it is the perfect solution for high speed transportation on small and middle size conveyors.

Laser Marking

Datalogic Automation supplies a wide array of solutions able to suit all marking needs: CO2, Fiber and DPSS laser technology. The DPSS technology is available in two different versions (infra-red laser), with harmonic duplication (green laser) and harmonic triplication (UV laser).

The complete range of technologies available satisfy all laser marking applications on a wide spectrum of materials: metal alloys – such as steel, titanium and aluminum – plastic materials, as well as organic materials such as paper, cardboard or fabric, leather, wood, glass, silicon and rare earth elements.

V-LASE
The V-Lase is an end-pumped DPSS (diode-pumped solid state) Q-switched laser marking source @1064nm available in 10, 15 and 20W, operating on the state-of-the-art Lase platform.
ULYXE FAMILY
The Ulyxe laser markers, 6W@1064nm, belong to the DPSS Active Q-Switched laser category. This extremely compact laser family is available in 2 different configurations - Ulyxe and Zeux.
GREEN LASE
The Green-Lase family offers 4W and 10W DPSS laser marking sources @532 nm operating on the Lase platform and uses SHG in an intracavity architecture which maximizes LBO non-linear crystal conversion efficiency.
UV-LASE
The extra cavity technology allows high efficiency conversion of the LBO nonlinear crystal and compactness of the laser source.

AREX
AREX is the ultra compact Fiber Laser that is setting a new reference standard in the permanent marking arena.
EOX
Extremely reliable, Datalogic EOX family offers high quality permanent marking on a widest range of material.
Its configuration offers extreme flexibility for the integration both in production line as well as in stand-alone systems.
Marking Kit
The marking kit allows system integrators to easily interact with the laser marking system.
