    Specialised on the centerless production of threads, we offer machines with the forming force in a range from 50 kN up to 1200 kN.

  • UPW® Low Cost Line

  • The UPW® LOW COST line convinces by an excellent price-performance-ratio, available from 5to up to 100to. There is more power on request. All models are equipped with SIEMENS SPS control and frequency converter (FU) for infinitive variable speed. The universal composition allows the application of the machine for all known processes of forming in in-feed or throughfeed. Highest production rates can be realized. Manual loading and unloading supported by the generous working space. The automation of this model range is always possible because of the open construction of the working space and makes the handling easy. This reduces the bottom to bottom time and simplifies loading and discharging of the work pieces. High precise profile guiding rails lead to higher quality in through-feed or in-feed are guaranteed process. Thanks to ECO-SYS short changeover times are guaranteed. All adjustments are easily done from the front of the machine.

  • PEE-WEE® CNC - The well-proven

  • PEE-WEE® CNC Standard cold forming machines with rigid full cast design and dove tail guide ways are offered from 15to to 35to capacity. They are perfectly manufactured for threads, profiles and serrations (optionally accessory with "hydraulic back lash compensations"). The roll form slide axis is CNC controlled.
    The SIEMENS SPS S7 control with PEE-WEE® Software, the frequency converter for infinitely variable speed regulation and the SPS integrated quality assurance system are a part of the basic equipment of this model range. For comfortable set-up the software includes different pre-set forming programs. The PEE-WEE® CNC model is the perfect production unit for highly sophisticated 3-shift-run.

  • PEE-WEE® CNC AC - The comfortable one

  • PEE-WEE® CNC AC Single- or Double Slide Cold Forming Machines are showing the proven rigid design with linear guides, available from 10to to 100to forming force. They are equipped with 1 or 2 CNC controlled hydraulic roll form slide axis and 2 AC servo motor driven shafts. Machines with 2 CNC guided hydraulic slides are designed for improved handling and set up. Any loading device is always positioned in the centre of the machine. This guarantees perfect conditions for installing automation and/or robot systems supporting the open work space for easy access.

      • Since 1953 3-Slide Cold Forming Ma- chines are manufactured, successfully put into production and enhanced by PEE-WEE®.

        This type of machine is especially designed for the treatment of hollow parts, tubes e. g. and is available with a forming force from 60 kN up to 750 kN. We offer standard or CNC controlled machines.

        Certainly you will profit from CNC equipment in short set-up times and a repeatable rolling process. For loading and unloading we offer tailor made applications.

        The centre positioning of the part guarantees highest quality for the forming process. The needed tooling is developed and produced in our facility.

      • Tool Production with CNC-Grinding Machines
        Our aim is the production of rolling tools in highest quality. We support our claim for Highest Quality Tooling by using most modern coordinates measurement technology. In order to achieve a maximum tool life we offer 3 different high alloy tool steels with different coatings. Supported by a most modern vacuum hardening technology we can find the perfect combination for every machining task.

      • Process Thread Rolling

      • Thread and Profile Rolling belong to the chipless forming procedure. This technology is used for producing threads, worm gears and serrations on the outside of a round work piece which is axially symmetric. On the sur- face of the work piece a certain profile will be formed.

        This is an extremely efficient chip - less forming process saving steel because of the absence of chips on the one hand. On the other hand you will receive an increase in the surface hardness . Based on the uninterrupted structure in the cold formed material you will receive a work piece of in- creased tensile strength.

  • A PEE-WEE® built in 1972, completely mechanical overhauled by using original spare parts, retrofit with frequency converter, new electrical cabinet and SIEMENS SPS control returns reconditioned back to the owner. Now you will get another 30 years of reliable performance!
