All SmartMotors include a brushless DC servo motor, motion controller, and drive
amplifier. Each motor has an RS-232/485 port and seven 5V TTL I/O channels.
These I/O channels can be assigned individually as either digital or analog
inputs or outputs. All motors are CE recognized. |

| Linear Systems |
Ours is a light weighted, high speed belt actuator. The
frame is made of aluminum with steel guided shaft. This actuator can be used as
a single piece or can be easily combined for multi-axis application. The
specification is as follows:
• Maximum speed : 8 m/s
• Accuracy: 0.08 mm/m
• Maximum length: 4 m (6 m available with custom order)
• Assembling Slider: Using slots of block cover
• Assembling Module: Using slot on the side of aluminum frame
• Belt: HTD5 or S5M built-in Core. No backlask on turning point
• Repeatability : ± 0.05 mm
Clearance and belt tension can be easily adjusted with a turn of a screw.
This will guarantee smooth high speed motion.
Our belt actuator comes in five models. The standard stroke length for each
model is the incremental of 500 mm. |
