Self-lubricating Bearings & Slides |
| Originally
designed as a solution to roller bearing failures, Simplicity® self-lubricating
bearings perform reliably even when subjected to contamination, vibration, shock
loading and liquid wash downs. Simplicity® is an economical choice with an
average purchase price of 15-30% less than rolling element linear bearings. With
reliable, maintenance-free operation Simplicity® bearings will not
catastrophically fail! The Simplicity® product line consists of more than linear
bearings, also included are: linear slides, pillow blocks, sleeve bearings,
flange mounts, and die set bushings. Most products are available in inch or
metric sizes.
Simplicity™ Liners
- Self-lubricating -- require no external lubricant
- Embeddability of hard particulate eliminates galling and shaft damage
- Dampens vibration for quiet and smooth operation
Load Capacity
- FrelonGold liner supplies average of 20x more load capacity than
standard linear ball bearing, resulting in smaller packaging

Pacific Bearing
offers a variety of shafting, rails and accessories such as Feather Shaft™,
Feather Rail™, RC60 Steel, 440 Stainless Shafting, and custom options.
Feather Shaft
Designed to run with Simplicity FrelonGOLD™ lined bearings, Feather Shaft™ is
available in standard or custom shafting. Using 6061-T6 aluminum base material
with an RC70 ceramic coated finish; these shafts are non-magnetic and vibration
resistant. Weld splatter, paints, and contaminants will not stick.

| 440 Stainless Steel Shafting |
| The 440 Stainless Steel Shafts are suitable for original
FrelonF™ lined Simplicity™ bearings or linear ball bearings. These shafts are
available in standard, cut-to-length, and random lengths. |

| Feather Rail |
| Designed to run with Simplicity FrelonGOLD™ lined
bearings, Feather Rail™ is available in standard or custom lengths. Using
6061-T6 aluminum base material with an RC70 ceramic coated finish; this
one-piece integrated design eliminates assembly time making it an economical,
lightweight alternative to traditional steel shafting. Feather Rail™ is
non-magnetic and vibration resistant. Weld splatter, paints, and contaminants
will not stick to the shaft. |

| RC60 Steel Shafting |
| RC60 Steel Shafts are made of case hardened steel and
suitable for Simplicity™ bearings and linear ball bearings. These shafts are
polished for optimum surface finish, available in standard, cut-to-length, and
random lengths, with pre-drilled and tapped options. |

Duty Bearing Systems can handle extremely high radial and axial loads. Its long

| Redi-Rail™ Linear Guide System |
Redi-Rail™ Linear Guide Systems are precision engineered
for overall speed and accuracy. Achieving speeds up to 26.2 ft/sec ( 8m/s), Redi-Rail™
maintains a running parallelism within ±.001 inches (0.25mm) over the entire
length of the rail up to 19 feet.
Redi-Rail™ linear rail systems are an excellent solution for a wide range of
applications including: cut-off machines, packaging equipment, pick-and-place
automation, and guard door slides. The drawer slides are designed for rugged
duty such as: battery racks, tool shelves, ATM machines, and truck inventory
systems.
This strong, lightweight and cost effective alternative uses a 6061-T6 extruded
aluminum rail with hardened steel raceways, sealed double ball bearings, and
customizable seals. Standard sizes and configurations are available from stock.
