IBC High Precision Angular Contact Ball Bearings
Angular Contact Ball Bearings have raceways in the inner
and outer ring, which are displaced with respect to each other in the
direction of the bearing axis. This means that they are suitable for acting
radial and axial loads. The axial load carrying capacity of Angular Contact
Ball Bearings increases with increasing contact angle.

IBC Precision Angular Contact Ball Bearings for stub
spindles
The DTB (Driven Tool Bearings) high precision bearing
series has been specially designed for driven tools that carry out milling
and drilling work in state-of-the-art high precision machine tools. This
sort of work is typically performed in a confined installation space under
conditions that include short cycle times and great machining forces.

IBC High Precision Cylindrical Roller Bearings
Cylindrical Roller Bearings are produced in single row version with cage.
They consist of one-piece inner and outer ring as well as cylindrical roller
crown. The cage avoids contact of rolling elements against each other The
roller set is designed for maximum load carrying capacity in radial
direction. The line contact between rolling elements and raceway enables
high rigidity. They cannot carry axial loads and are used as floating
bearings.

IBC 40° Angular Contact Ball Bearings
Single row 40° angular contact ball bearings only absorb
axial
forces in the direction in which the rolling elements are loaded as
a result of pressure brought to bear between the high shoulders
of the inner and outer ring. Because of the contact angle, any
radial forces that take effect produce an axial force; the design
must therefore make allowances for this axial force elsewhere.

IBC Single Row Precision 60° Ball Screw Support Bearings
The customer benefits from these bearings because they
are easy
to install, have a long service life without needing maintenance
and allow for the possibility of being provided with for life grease
lubrication or circulating oil lubrication. Additional benefits include
high positioning accuracy and low energy consumption during
operation; the bearings also operate safely during fast acceleration
and high rotational speeds of the ball screw.

IBC Double Row Precision 60° Ball Screw Support Bearings
The large contact angle of 60° allows for high thrust
load with high stiffness. The radial load should not extend 90 % of the
preload.
As angular contact bearings can carry load only in one direction they
therefore have to be adjusted to another bearing of the same kind. The
bearings are primarily supplied as single ones or in sets of 2 or 4 bearings
to be mounted in back-to-back arrangements. Angular contact thrust bearings
are manufactured for universal matching, thus they can be rearranged and can
be mounted in any arrangement.

IBC High Precision Bearing Units
For a fast and easy installation procedure IBC recommends
the use of precision bearing units that are ready for assembly. The main
field of application for such bearing units is ball screws in machine tools;
the units are lubricated for life and sealed with labyrinth seals. The many
possible arrangements within a rolling bearing set (which are designed to
meet the many different requirements the bearings have with regard to great
axial stiffness and load rating, low friction, high running accuracy as well
as high rotational speeds and fast acceleration) led us to develop a modular
system that provides the design engineer with great flexibility when
designing different versions.

IBC High Precision Locknuts
IBC Precisions Locknuts with fine thread are used for
high-precision application. Due to integrated safety systems in the various
locknuts, an easy and precise mounting, as well as safeguarding of locknuts
is guaranteed. Installation of lockwashers within an axial groove is no
longer necessary. The material cross section is maintained and the notch
effect is not increased. Additionally axial
precision is enhanced.

IBC Deep Groove Ball Bearings
BC corrosion resistant bearings carry the prefix S
(example: S 6000) and show corrosion resistance against air humidity. They
have similar running characteristics as bearings out of bearing steel,
however their carrying capacity is lightly reduced. Corrosion resistant
steel bearings are available open or with seals on both sides. Depending on
humidity concentration in air or even salinity concentration, ATCoat is
recommendable.

IBC Linear Motion Bearings and Telescopic Guides
The guiding consists of a profile rail on the outer side
in which a ball-guided rail runs. The balls roll in linear raceways, thus
enabling movement of the inner profile within the outer profile and
therefore an extraction. Both inner profiles as well as the outer profile
are equipped with running grooves. The rolling elements assure a steady
transmission of forces that is low in friction and has a high degree of
stiffness. The profiles can be customized for clearance, zero backlash or
for preload. As the track is integrated inside the profile rail, it is
protected from dirt as well as from vibra-tion, therefore preserving easy
running features. The compact design of IBC telescope linear motion bearings
favour their application in narrow construction spaces.

IBC High Precision Rolling Bearings with ATCoat Coating
An ATC thin dense chromium coating protects the surface
from outside environmental conditions and thereby increases the service life
of rolling bearings and the life time of machines and equipment. The
advantages of this coating also include energy saving and an efficient use
of material. The ATCoat process permits the combination of a tough basic
material with a firmly adhering, very thin and accurate chromium coat that
is free of cracks. This is why, compared to bearings of the same size, those
with an ATCoat coating offer very good resistance to wear and corrosion.
