Precision linear positioners XR
Precision linear positioners XR
The XR precision linear positioners family has achieved global recognition for consistent accuracy, reliable performance, high strength, and unmatched versatility. The XRs have excelled in industries such as life sciences, fiber optics and instrumentation, where the highest degree of precision is required. And yet, because of the rugged construction, strength, and sealed design, these units have been used extensively for industrial automation applications (packaging, automotive, etc).

The XR family offers an unrivaled array of features and options which are easily matched to fit any application, from the very basic to the highly complex. Premier performance, modular compatibility, and quick delivery have made these tables the perfect building blocks for precision multi-axis systems.

STK SERIES:  Frameless brushless torque motor as kit version
  • Continuous torque from 14 Nm to 2700 Nm with natural convection (according to size), and up to 6100 Nm with fluid cooling.
  • Six external diameters from 145 mm to 800 mm.
  • Internal diameters from 56 mm to 630 mm.
  • Various windings available from 30 min-1 to 1500 min-1 according to size.

Parker’s STK range of permanent magnet brushless motors has been specially designed for direct drive (without a gearbox), particularly in applications needing very low volume and weight in relation to the torque and power requirements.

Electromagnetic and thermal optimisation has permitted continuous torque-to-weight ratios up to 14 Nm/Kg to be achieved with natural convection and up to 31 Nm/Kg with fluid cooling.

The Parker STK range of frameless motors addresses very demanding industrial applications, not only in terms of performance (dynamic performance, torque capability and precise rotation at low speed) but also in terms of cost. Particular attention has therefore been paid in the design to the combination of technical and economic optimisation.

Vertical lift table ZP
Parker’s ZP200 Vertical Lift Platform offers precise vertical translation for elevating small or large payloads (up to 76 kg). A unique wedge design converts horizontal motion, generated by a ball-screw drive, into true vertical elevation of the platform. A rugged bearing design provides platform stiffness and stability while the precision ground ball-screw drive assures positional accuracy and worry-free operation.
  • True Vertical Lift Platform
  • Continuous duty - High dynamic performance
  • 25 mm Vertical Travel
  • Load Capacity to 76 kg.
  • Positional Repeatablilty to 1 µm
