| Ruby AC Servo Drive for Brushless or Brush Servomotor |
| The Ruby is a powerful servo drive designed for
brushless and brush servomotors. This drive is designed using the latest DSP
(Digital Signal Processor) technology and advanced control algorithms to
maximize motor performance and efficiency. The Ruby can be operated in
position, Torque or Velocity mode, and is available in 2, 4, 8 and 12A
units. The Ruby can be easily configured and tuned using the windows based
software - ServoVista. | |
|
| SD94P for Brushless Servomotors |
| Full featured with superior performance and power.
Networking, motion profiling and execution using SimpleMotion language with
Basic-like commands. Program and store in the servo drive motion profiles
and multi-axis coordinated moves to be executed through a network connection
or I/O. These servo drives operate straight from the AC line,
120/220/380/460 VAC (nominal) and can produce up to 2.3 kW of continuous
power. The user-friendly MotionView software configures the servo drive to
any servomotor and can tune the velocity or position loop for ultimate
performance. | |

| IG Instrument Rated Servomotor |
The Instrument Rated IG Servomotors include NEMA 17,
23, 34 and 42 configurations. These servomotors are suited for instrument
and clean environmental applications like printers, electronic test
equipment and medical equipment. These servomotors come with flying leads
for wiring. The rear shaft is optional as well as hall sensors integral to
the servomotor. Different options for an incremental optical encoder are
available based on the many different types of applications.

|
| IG DC Industrial Rated Servomotor |
Industrial Rated IG Servomotors include the NEMA 23,
34 and 42 configurations. These servomotors are suited for tough duty
applications like machine tool, routers, robotics, semiconductor and
packaging. These servomotors come with shielded cables or Euro connectors.
The shielded cable reduces the installation cost and maintains an IP64
rating the metal Euro connectors provide an IP65 rating connection at the
servomotor body. An optional integrated brake is available for all models
including the IG23. To meet the many different applications in the global
market, the Industrial Rated IG servomotors are integrated with a resolver,
incremental optical encoder, Hiperface optical encoder or Endat optical
encoder.

| IB AC Brushless Servomotor |
Servo Dynamics IB Servomotor provides applications
with low inertia to attain the highest acceleration capability – to allow
you to position faster. The IB series is used in the world's fastest
machines and demanding applications. IB Servomotor provides low inertia and
high torque desired for excellent performance response, and is a rugged,
durable design, they have heavy duty continuous operation for dependability
and assurance that it will always perform, and high acceleration capability
to move faster, and high torque to inertia ratio enables the machine to
produce more parts per hour. And winding potted for high voltage protection
and for improved reliability and improved heat transfer.
The IB brushless servomotors provide a very responsive acceleration in a
rugged, durable design with high energy Neodymium-Iron-Boron magnetics. This
series provides continuous stall torque capability ranging from 3.9 Lb-In
(0.45 N-m) to 117 Lb-In (13.3 N-m). Peak torque capability is nominally 4
times continuous. This series has the lowest inertia to provide the maximum
torque per package size.

The HJ series combines the latest high power (NdFeB)
magnets with a new large diameter shaft and short body design. The HJ motor
offers increased inertia, performing with high stability at low speeds and
has been designed for machine tool applications in particular. Frame sizes
in the new range are 96, 116, 155 mm square.
The HR series offers a more cost effective range of brushless servomotors
with a performance range of 1.5 Nm (13lb-in) to 25 Nm (219 lb-in). The use
of high grade Neodymium-Iron-Boron (NdFeB) magnets provide a peak torque to
stall torque ratio that covers the majority of applications. These are
available in the following frame sizes; 92, 115, 142 mm square.
