TwinSpinŽ
Zero backlash high-precision gearbox with radial-axial bearings integrated together into compact unit. Its technical solution is patented by several patents with worldwide patent protection.

The name "bearing reducer" designates the full integration of high-precision reduction gear and high-precision radial-axial bearing in a compact unit. This new transmission system allows the utilization of the bearing reducer TwinSpin in robotics and automation, machine tools, measuring equipments, navigation systems, in the aircraft industry, in military and medicine field, in wood-working field, in printer's branch, in machines for textile industry and glass treatment, in filling machines, etc.

 
TwinSpin - T Series
T Series represents the standard version of the TwinSpin bearing reducer.

E Series of reducer represents a compact fully sealed unit filled by oil with a lifetime filling.

TwinSpin -  B Series
B Series - completely sealed reducer. Special reducer for applications of B-axis of machine tools.

Advantages:

- High tensional stiffness and higher tilting stiffness
- Compact solution

Input flange connection:
Completely sealed reducer.

Installation and operation characteristics:
 Special reducer for B-axis machine tools applications. Cca.50% higher tilting stiffness with respect to T series. High torsional stiffness and low lost motion. Extremely low value of radial and axial run-out of the output flange.

TwinSpin -  H Series
H series hollowshaft - completely sealed reducer. Larger hole in the input shaft allows the cables, tubes or additional shaft to pass through the reducer.

Installation and operation characteristics:
Hollow shaft reducer. Larger hole in input shaft allows
the cables, tubes or additional shaft to pass through the
reducer. Suitable for application where rotation of the input
shaft is achieved by using a timing belt or similar arrangement.

 
RotoSpin
Rotary table is built on basis of the bearing reducer TwinSpin. The module can be delivered without a servomotor, with demanded connecting dimensions or with a servomotor, according to the particular requirements of the customer.

The module RotoSpin is intended for applications where it is demanded to ensure controlled rotary motions with high repeatability of positioning and it is not necessary to put the electricity and signals wirings in the axis of rotation. For their high kinematics accuracy, their high transmitted torque and tilting moment, for their small dimensions and weight the rotary modules RotoSpin have a large scale of use. The most frequently they are used in positioning equipments in automated and robotized workplaces for technologies of welding, cutting, machining and mounting.

The rotary modules create a modular building system that consists of four kinetic units. According to their construction they are identified by A, B, C and H. Each of these units is produced in four dimension categories with the handling capacity 60, 250, 500 and 1000kg.

 
RotoSpin A
The modules with the identification RotoSpin "A", are called the flange modules. These modules are suitable for building in direct to support constructions. They create together compact unit.

Their advantages are their small dimensions and weight that what enables their using mainly in moving parts of the rotary petitioners.
RotoSpin B
The modules with the identification RotoSpin "B", so-called footing modules are of casing construction that enables simple and safe fitting of the module to the base frame.

The construction of the whole machine´s support parts can be simplified by using of this module.
