Control Boxes
The actuator control
box is the heart of the
actuator system linking various connectable units like
actuators
and controls.
LINAK produces several actuator control boxes. The most simple actuator
control boxes are suitable for powering one or two actuators. More
sophisticated control boxes with microprocessors are suitable for powering
up to four actuators or even multi-parallel actuator systems.

The HB10RF and RFR system is a perfect choice for a wide
range of adjustable furniture applications. The wireless system based on
radio frequency technology (RF) is perfect for flat screen applications
where cables are undesired and an infrared eye is an unwise solution.

ACL
The ACL (Attendant Control Lock) box is a one turn button
box fitted to Hospital Beds and Nursing Home Beds use where the patient
positioning must be carefully controlled by the medical staff.
The ACL disconnects all functions on the handset.

ACM
The ACM (Mini Attendant Control) box is fitted to
Hospital Beds and Nursing Home Beds for use where patient positioning must
be carefully controlled by the medical staff.
The ACM is a low-cost alternative to the existing ACP and disconnects the function between handset and control box.

The ACP (Attendant Control Panel) is used with advanced
Hospital Bed and Nursing Home Beds where patient positioning must be
carefully controlled by medical staff.
The ACP gives nursing staff direct control over critical positioning
functions while giving the patient a limited degree of adjustment.

The ACC (Attendant Control Compact) is a cost optimised
and compact box with up to 11 buttons that can be used as Handset keys or
lock-outs. The lock-out function can be made visible by using LEDs. The ACC
is compatible with control boxes that use an OpenBus™ interface e.g. CB20.

ACK
The OPENBUS™ system makes it possible to use keypads as
Attendant Controls or Handsets integrated in the bed side rails. The keypads
are named ACK (Attendant Control Keypads).

The SCALE system provides complete weight measuring

SLS
Safety Limit Switch SLS. The SLS cuts off the current from the motor in either out- or inwards direction. Can also be used as signal switch. The SLS is available in protection class up to IP66 washable.

IRO
IRO is a part of the accessory portfolio - available for the CB
OpenBusTM familiy. The Receiver is fitted to the bed so that the bed moveement can be controlled with signals received from a remote control.
