The engineers of WITTENSTEIN cyber motor are also familiar with the application of motors in extreme environmental conditions e.g. ultra high vacuum, fine vacuum, high vacuum, radioactivity and high / low temperature. Another application field is the medical technology. WITTENSTEIN cyber motor could make a name for itself with a special developed servo motor for the heart support system INCOR 1 (Berlin Heart AG). This special motor achieves an efficiency up to 97%.

WITTENSTEIN aerospace & simulation, a part of WITTENSTEIN group, is a world leader in design, development and production of control loader technology for the aerospace and simulation markets. WITTENSTEIN aerospace & simulation offers solutions for flightworthy applications as well as for simulators and is a approved supplier according to EASA Part 21G (production) and to EASA Part 145 (maintenance).

The control loader systems for simulator applications are based on integrated, high performance servo motors and planetary gearboxes using the latest in helical gear technology, state of the art integrated control electronics and WA&S proprietary software that provides programmable force-feel characteristics. With the appendant software and periphery the control loading systems are suitable for the complete range of application, from PC-based trainers to level D simulators. These active human-machine-interfaces are therefore used in professional simulation, engineering and gaming enviroments.
WA&S offers a variety of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products as well as customized solutions for retrofits and specific simulator designs. All Systems are re-configurable to various types of aircraft/vehicle. The System provides programmable force-feedback (control-feel) to the operator’s movement of the control.
