LIGHT 30 50 80
LIGHT series: This is the Linear Units with the best
ratio between quality and price that you can find today in the market.
Available in three different sizes (30, 50 and 80 mm), it has a
self-supporting structure made by a square-section of extruded aluminum.
The distinguishing features of this simple but cost-effective unit, which
also guarantees high level of quality, are an AT pitch driving polyurethane
belt reinforced with steel wires, ball recirculating linear guides with two
preloaded carriages, as well as the "maintenance-free system" above
described.
Reduced costs and dimensions mean that this series can be used in sectors
where pre-assembled units were once out of question and therefore such as on
large production series.

ECO 60 80 100
ECO series: low weight, a limited number of components
and an extremely attractive price are the main characteristics of this
series.
Available in three sizes from 60 to 100 mm, it has a self-supporting
structure made by a square-section of extruded and anodized aluminum.
The thrust force is transmitted by a driving polyurethane belt reinforced
with steel wires. The carriage is running on a linear guide with two
"Maintenance-free" caged-balls blocks or on gothic arch bearings that rolls
on grinded and hardened bars.
The linear guide is into the Linear Unit's aluminum body and the
polyurethane driving belt acts also as a protection against contaminants.

ELM 50 65 80 110
ELM series: it's highly versatile and, if used with a
parallel-kit, it represents the ideal solution to set up synchronized
movement systems.
Available in four sizes from 50 to 110 mm, it has a self-supporting
structure made by a square-section of extruded and anodized aluminum. The
thrust force is transmitted by a driving polyurethane belt reinforced with
steel wires. The carriage is running on a linear guide with two
"Maintenance-free" caged-balls blocks or on gothic arch bearings that rolls
on grinded and hardened bars.
A polyurethane sealing strip guarantees a complete protection of the
driving-belt and the linear guide against chips, liquids or other
contaminants.
The components used for the movement (lubricant reservoir, caged balls of
the blocks, double-lip seals) promote a "maintenance-free" system. ELM is

structure made by a rectangular-section of extruded and anodized aluminum.

The carriage is running on two parallel linear guides and four
"Maintenance-free" caged ball blocks or on gothic arch bearings that rolls
on grinded and hardened bars.
A polyurethane sealing strip guarantees a complete protection of the

SC 65 130 160
SC series: This series is specifically designed for
vertical movement in gantry applications or in those where the aluminum
profile must move, while the carriage remains fixed.
Available in three sizes from 65 to 160 mm, it has a self-supporting
structure made by a rectangular-section (square-section for SC 65) of
extruded and anodized aluminum.
This is a very stiff vertical system, guaranteed by the use of two parallel
linear guides and four "Maintenance-free" caged ball blocks and a very wide
driving-belt.
The SC series has been designed for heavy loads and high dynamics
applications and to be assembled with the ROBOT series without adaptation
plates required.

VR 140
VR series: to complete its range, ELMORE proposes a unit
in which motion is transmitted by a ball screw.
The available size is 140 mm and VR has a self-supporting structure made by
a rectangular-section of extruded and anodized aluminum. You can choose
among several diameters and different leads of ball screws.
The ball screw, inside the extruded body, is protected by a polyurethane
belt specifically designed for this purpose. The carriage is running on two
parallel linear guides and four "Maintenance-free" caged ball blocks.
VR has been designed for applications that require high level rigidity and
axial thrust.

T 100 155 225 325
PRECISION LINEAR STAGE - "T" SERIES: "T" series
linear
stages, designed for high accuracy linear motion, are produced using
anodized extruded aluminum bodies. The tolerances of these aluminum bodies
are in accordance with UNI 3879. All assembly and reference surfaces are
machined in order to guarantee dimensional tolerance and high accuracy on
the running parallelism of the carriage.
So it's possible to achieve a drastic reduction in deviations caused by
pitching, rolling and yawing during the entire stroke. The movement is
transmitted through a precision ball screws. The carriage is running on two
parallel linear guides and four "Maintenance-free" caged ball blocks.
A positioning accuracy within 10 µm and a repeatability within 5 µm make
this product suitable for applications with high technical contents. The
whole range has four different sizes from 100mm to 325mm, with lengths from
50 mm up to 2200 mm.

This result is achieved by the use of a special protection belt that covers
the upper longitudinal opening of the aluminium profile even when the
carriages are in motion. By putting around 0.8 bar of low pressure on the
end heads the particles generated on the inside are sucked out of the linear
unit and conducted outside. This system prevents particles escaping into the
immediate environment of the linear unit. The materials from which the
components inside the linear unit are made are selected to ensure that as
few particles as possible are generated. All the lubricants employed are
